This is my second Nerf Dog Compact Tennis Ball Blaster, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. The first one broke after many months of daily use—the rubber band inside that creates tension for shooting eventually snapped, likely due to daily wear and tear. The hands-free reload feature is incredibly convenient and adds an extra layer of fun for my dog, who loves trying to stop me from reloading. Compared to other ball launchers I’ve tried, this one is the sturdiest, with thicker plastic that holds up well to frequent use. Overall, it’s an inexpensive investment for active dogs who love to play fetch.

We have an Aussie and we throw the tennis ball about 80 to 100 times per day with this gadget. Works great and they last from anywhere between 5,000 and 7,000 throws (roughly 2 to 3 Months) I really doubt that they were designed for this amount of use. They break eventually, but I just buy another or our Aussie would never forgive us.

I use mine almost every day when I get home from work. My dog and I love it. The problem is, it only lasts me 2-3 months. Great product but the rubber bands don't last long. I would of given it 5 stars.

I bought this for my disabled husband so he could play ball with our dog because he is unable to throw the ball for the dog. Within 2 days it broke and will no longer launch the ball. For the price I expected this item to last longer so my husband could enjoy playing ball with our dog. It was only adults using it, no kids. Very disappointed with this product.

I bought one of these for my dad who is an older gentleman and has harder times bending down and throwing. This thing is awesome because you can just stab it into the ball and then easily pull the caulking hammer back and shoot the ball a very long distance. My dad likes it so much. I bought one for my friend at work. It’s a super fun toy for dogs and I highly recommend getting one.

LOVED this! My only complaint (until recently) was that you could not load multiple balls at once. Unfortunately, within a few months, the spring died on the Ball Blaster, and I had to throw it away. Unfortunate for the pup and me.

Our Lab loves this gun. Using this ball tosser will wear a high energy Lab out in 15/20 minutes. Saves my arm from chunking a ball 35/40 times a session. I find the ball supplied with the ball gun tears up fast and their brand ball cost $$$. I went to a big box store and found they had a cheap ball (3 for $2) that last about one week of heavy use.

When it works, it’s great. Dogs love it, launches far. However it is extremely difficult to trigger, almost to the point where I thought it just didn’t work at all. I have pull sooooo hard, my finger gets stuck between the plastic and gets pinched every time. It’s not fun, and there doesn’t seem to be a way around it. Not sure if it’s a defective item or just a poorly made item. Would not recommend.

Product came promptly. Easy to use. As product states 50ft and it hits the mark. However we left it oustide in the sun and the mechanism stopped working.

Brought puppy one and adult dog one and both have very little power took used on a big field twice sat in she’d ever since awful so not recommend I was hoping they be great fun but sadly let down

Doesn’t shoot far
I thought this would shoot further than expected, but it doesn’t shoot far for my German shepherd. It’s a great toy to have for those lazy arm throw days. It’s easy to load and easy to handle
