Get them. Super useful, super cheap
I love these things I've had these for months and they work the same way I got them. The buttons have the right type of click where it's not so tough to click that you strain your fingers pressing them and it's not light enough that they're gonna be pressed by dropping the controller, feel just right. Having the attachment on was weird for like the first week or so but after a bit of experimenting with games I seriously don't know how I played games without them. It's so convenient. One example I have is for nioh. I have the back buttons set up where one button is up on dpad so I can move and heal at the same time and then I have the other button as r1 so I can have an easier time with ki pulsing properly and for nioh 2 it makes managing the ui easier and allows me to use r2 without have to put 2 fingers on r1 and r2. If you're considering getting these, just get it, it's cheap and will improve your gameplay experience.

An amazing and extremely simple to use 2 button attachment for the ps4 controller, I have had mine for over 3 years now and it still works perfect, I love the responsive click of the buttons, almost like a mouse click, when I bought it the price was 9.99$ and now it’s a whopping 40+ dollars, what in the inflation, especially on an old and dying console that is soon to be completely replaced by the ps5, the todays price on this item is mind boggling I would not pay over 25$ for it but like I said I’ve had mine for over 3 yrs and no issues what so ever and I’ve bought two one for me and my ex, hers stopped working as she stepped on it and broke it lmao but mine is still ticking and better then ever, if you plan on sticking with a ps4 and don’t want to spend a bajillion dollars on a custom controller and you just want a couple extra buttons then buy it, it’s totally worth it over buying a controller that may or may not stop working with future Sony updates 😂
Perfect
Fit perfectly, programed perfectly and worked perfectly. The build quality is excellent and I expect it will last a long time, the buttons feel rock solid without a hint that they are causing a shift in the units plug-in point which snapped right into place with no wiggle. I was afraid that the unit might get in the way somehow but it doesn't so I don't have to remove it when not actually using it. Three different profiles were a snap to program and easy to switch. I bought this item to replace the L3/R3 buttons ( bad design IMO ) which I found to be very awkward, hard on the thumbs and the leading cause of the controllers eventual stick drift next to people who jam the sticks constantly. The hardest part of using this add-on was /is my own muscle memory but it's worth every penny and no regrets.
A bit hard inserting
This is a great product for gamers like me, especially for FPS games like Call of Duty. I have mine set to X and O for jumping and sliding, and it’s super helpful not having to take my thumb off the joystick. The only downside is that it’s a bit tricky to insert onto the controller.

Its a great item to have, it works, it does the job its suppose to do but i just cant get used to using.it personally, my friend has the same problem for us its just muacle memory, been playing so long without it that i can't use it, since i have always played with a regular controller my hand tenses up when playing a shooter game such as warzone and apex, i kept using it for about 2 weeks and just couodnt get used to not tensing up and clicking the bottons that were always set on the controller or even touching other bottons in the confusion of trying to use the paddles, AGAIN they are great and do their job its just a personal thing so, think about yourself when buying this can you adjust quickly to something new, or will you be uncomfortable and confused having to press different bottons when you get stress or tense up needing your trusty bottons when you in a pinch, i thought so at first but nah maybe i'll give it another try soon who knows.
Exceeded my expectations!
Honestly, I purchased these expecting them to be clunky, cheap and underwhelming, but they're actually really great. It doesn't feel cheap at all and remapping the inputs is smooth and easy. I really like where the paddles are located and the responsiveness when you press them down. The learning curve for getting used to the paddle was so easy for me when using the one on my left hand - almost innate, actually - but I never really could get used to using the paddle under my right hand; it could just be how I hold the controller.I'm hoping they come out with one for the PS5 because paying $30 for back paddles as good as these are much better than shelling out $200 for a "pro" controller, which I've used, and always felt dirty for spending so much on a controller.
Flawed but Acceptable
It’s not that it’s bad, far from it, but even at this price it’s just impossible to recommend it over your other options.Cons:- kind of difficult to install and therefore the fit is off bc of the way the jack pivots. Once you’ve done it a few times it’s easier but that first time you think you’re gonna break it. And you easily can if you try to muscle it in.- only 2 buttons. This is only truly a con if you prefer 4 buttons. If you’re happy with 2 then this doesn’t apply to you.- price. It’s a little expensive to just add two buttons to a dead controller. The ds4 is dead. Deal with it.Pros:- price. While this is a negative for most people there is probably a niche group still playing ps4 that have plenty of ds4 controllers and want to be able to add back button support. If that’s you then obviously you pretty much can only buy used custom controllers (that’s risky) or get this. So if you’re that niche group it’s a solid price to be able to plug and play on any ds4 controller.- feel. As someone that owns numerous controllers from the manufacturer as well as customs from brands like scuf and battle beaver I can say that the placement of these buttons just feels off. They’re chunk and stick out too far and land in a weird spot. Maybe if you’ve never had back buttons you’d just deal with it. But if you have used back buttons you’d feel like this is just too weird.

This DualShock 4 Back Button Attachment works very well. Was a little difficult to attach, but this makes it very stable and it feels like part of the controller.This is the first time that I've seen one of these and couldn't resist getting one since the price was good.It is easy to set and lets you have 3 different profiles. You change profiles by double clicking the middle and set up by holding the middle until the profile number starts to flash, then cycle through the setting by pressing the left and/or right buttons. I was able to to set to all buttons except for the PS and trackpad buttons.It will remember what profile it was set to after powering off.The added buttons feel good and are responsive.Recommended!
Not as good as Scuf, but not bad for what it is.
The scariest part of this product is getting it into place. It feels like I’m either about to snap the product or the controller I’m attaching it to, once it fits inside it’s slot it’s actually a fine piece of machinery for any (PS4) gamer! On top of it after an hour it just becomes second nature and you just don’t even know it’s there.It doesn’t impact battery all that much. You can still plug in headphones and talk to friends and other gamers alike.I decided to own it for a month before leaving a review incase it just suddenly dropped dead, but it’s going strong and it’s a great help to most video games.

I was surprised that it worked quite well - even on PS3! - since I was searching for ages a solution to get a controller for Playstation with back paddles. No issues at all yet, except that the muscle memory was quite confused he first couple of days :)But this is not to blame on the back paddles so fully recommanded for people who wants to remap 2 buttons of their controller to the rear side
