Have this for breakfast at least twice a week. Their cream of Wheat is very creamy. I make it in the microwave. No problems. Organic is of importance as well.

I like that Bob's Red Mill Organic Creamy White Wheat Farina Hot Cereal, is Organic. I have made it using a bit more water. I mix the water, cream of wheat , salt to my taste in a small corning ware casserole dish Microwave for 2 minutes mix it well, cook it for 1 more minute and mix it again and then cook it at 1/2 minute intervals and mix it and keep cooking it till the consistency is the way I like it. If it is too thick, I just add a bit of milk or water. When it is done cooking, I then add butter. The wheat mixture is finer than the original Nabisco Cream of Wheat, but is is free from the poisons that Nabisco puts in their brand. Plus the Wheat used is Organic and Non GMO. I have made it several times and have not had any problem with it lumping as some other posters have complained about.

I loved cream of wheat as a child and hadn’t eaten it in decades.When I found it on Bolo I was so excited..The taste subtle, it was creamy and smooth.I was not disappointed.It’s expensive so I only bought it once.
