I’ve tried whey protein in the past but as others have stated, it’s not the best for digestion and for lactose intolerant folks. There are also studies on whey protein affecting acne which I’ve definitely noticed!As for the recipe-I’ve tried the vegan vanilla and vegan chocolate. Chocolate tastes good, but I prefer the vanilla so you can mix it with cold brew for a coffee breakfast shake. I mix 2 scoops(1/2 of the serving on the label), 1 cup of almond milk and cinnamon into the Promix insulated shaker cup! Highly highly reccomend it, it doesn’t have a shaker ball it mixes with the cap. Also it keeps my shake cold. Shake for about 2 minutes and it’s clump free. I do this on my morning commute and drink it on the drive.I haven’t used it consistently to calculate just how much it’s contributed to gaining weight, but any increase in calories is a progress and a plus for me!

My daughter has an eating disorder and is vegetarian. She loves this protein powder and we have been buying it regularly for the last year. It helps her get in protein, calories, and she has been extremely happy with it. It's great quality, mixes well, tastes great, and is easy for her to digest. I highly recommend this product.

I liked the product overall, amazing flavor, it stays fresh, so I can make it during the morning and leave it in the fridge, then drink it at night before bed. I saw some reviews saying that they felt nauseous after consuming it, but it had never happened to me yet. I prefer mixing it with milk rather than water for a better flavor.

Onw of the best protein products on the market! This brand was recommended to us by our doctor for helping my son gain weight and muscle after he was recovering from an illness. Now we continue to buy it to support his weight lifting. Great taste and blends well. No unnecessary fillers.

I bought this product with high hopes. This product had very good reviews, and I have purchased other products in the past from Naked Nutrition. Unfortunately this product made my adult son ill with nausea , upset stomach and diarrhea. I’m unsure what the reason is but I did notice that one of the main ingredients is maltodextrin After doing some research , malto dextrin can cause side effects of nausea , upset stomach , and diarrhea especially at certain levels. I was unable to determine the level of maltodextrin in this product as the label on the container does not indicate the specific amount of maltodextrin . I reached out to Bolo customer service with my concerns and Bolo was able to refund me despite this product being labeled as non returnable . I also contacted Naked Nutrition a company based out of Miami Florida to apprise them of my issues with this product .I was hoping that the company would have been interested in my concerns about this product . I asked Naked Nutrition if they would like me to provide them with the manufacturing codes off the container . With these codes the product can be traced back to the exact factory . This can be important information in the event other customers have similar issues and there is a potential contamination at the factory . The rep that I was dealing with ( via email) stated she was sorry for my inconvenience but there were no issues with this product . I requested that she may want to make note of my issue with the product for the record . My overall impression was that this representative or perhaps the company itself was simply being dismissive of my complaints. The company did not offer to refund , or offer me another product from their Naked Nutrition product line .. Bolo however was willing to assist me with a refund .Overall , I was pleased with Bolo’s customer service but highly disappointed with Naked Nutrition. I won’t be buying from this product line again .

I have bounced around a variety of products, some have been effective for weight gain, but bad in taste, or the visa versa. I think this is the product perfect for everything. Throughout the years the bulking products have still made me feel sluggish, with high levels of sugar making me feel tired. But this is different.This product is seriously good. The chocolate flavour is so nice. its got a dark chocolate after taste, and makes it a really enjoyable drink. The fundamental for me is not the taste but how it makes me feel. I am yet to confirm if the 'bulking' side has worked however I am 3 weeks in, alongside creatine, I am gaining weight and improving every week in gym. But the main point is the way it makes me feel its so light and fresh! I feel good and my belly feels great. (trust me my belly goes through a lot of pain and shit with my celiac) I cant speak highly enough and I look forward to having this drink everyday.Buy it even if not gluten intolerant or vegan. I Will never go back to others now.

This has been a life saver. I have been struggling with health issues, lost weight and struggled having an appetite. This stuff saved me on my nauseas days, replace the calories I needed during the day. I love how high the calories are and how easy it is on the stomach of someone with intolerances. I’ve gained all my weight back from the help of this protein shake. I buy on every month.
