I live on a farm and while they are not 100% effective, they do work. Mosquitos just don’t like the inside of my house.

Don't waste your money. We live in an old farm house that has lots of little crevices for bugs and animals to get in. We've had these for 9 months and I still have so many pests! Including, mice in my walls, ladybugs and boxelders everywhere, flies in my kitchen and bathrooms, and too many spiders to count. I wanted to give this time to know that it worked, but even with them placed in what I believed where strategic places, i.e. our bedroom, hallways, kitchen, I have seen no change in the amount of pests present. Recently, there was even a mouse scratching in the wall where one of these was plugged in. I'm so upset that the return window given for this is only 4 weeks when they say you need it plugged in longer than that to see it work. Well, I've had them plugged in for almost a year and nothing has changed... So disappointed.

My mother was having problems with mice that she could see and hear (ruffling of stuff near her fireplace) at her home. She wanted something that doesn’t emit any fumes nor exterminate these rodents in an inhumane way. So I got her these plug-in pest repellents. All I did was picked 6 different spots around the house with plug in outlets and now her house is well covered. 3 weeks in and she hasn’t seen a mouse yet or at least in plain sight. So far, this product is working well for us.

I do not have outlets that are high enough on the wall for these, so I got extension cords and mounted them above a few of the outlets that I wanted to use for these plug ins as you see in the photo.Anyway, I put these to the test by leaving out last night's rotesserie chicken remains. We live out in the woods in the southeast (North Carolina Piedmont) so we have lots of bugs! I spray and put up fly traps, but summertime is a struggle with fruit flies, gnats, spiders, flies, and mosquitoes. This year, we even began seeing lots of little sugar ants! I was getting sick of using poisons and seeing little result. It was like we would kill ourselves with insecticide before the insects!I had never tried these before even though I wanted to years ago because I used to keep and breed show quality fancy rats, amd obviously, these wouldve bothered them.Since I have stopped that hobby after having kids, I went ahead and got these.So...as for the chicken leftovers I left out near the Pest Control plugin...I did not see a single fruit fly or ant on it anywhere!!In the summertime, if you leave out any food for even an hour, the ants and fruit flies claim it for themselves. So the fact that I had this garlicy (fruit flies adore garlic) chicken overnight just sitting out, and no bugs were even near it says a LOT!!As far as range, I still cannot tell how far it is effective. Nothing can be blocking it at all, so it only seems to help as far as the nearest wall or tall furniture. Having multiple plug ins is a must.I just put mine in the areas where the fruit flies were most prevalent. The kitchen, bathroom, and by the front door to help repel them from coming in when the door is opened.I like them and am happy with the purchase. There has been quite a noticeable difference. I have seen a gnat today, but it seemed really confused and slow moving as it crawled on the edge of the sink. I had no problem smooshing it.Same with a couple sugar ants that were aimlessly and slowly crawling on the counter. These plug ins mess with their senses if they are too close.Also, I have very sensitive hearing and placed my ear right against a plug in amd could hear nothing at all. So to people, they are silent.I have a 1 year old who is uneffected by them. As well as a cat and a hound dog who havent reacted to the plug ins at all.Safe for dogs and cats (I dont know how birds or reptiles might respond) and for kids. I definitely recommend them.And you can use my idea if you need your plugin up higher. They wont really work if you have them down low. Too much will block their frequency near the floor.

I bought these devices to deal with a minor ant problem in the house. Other commercial poison ant killers had failed so I turned to this electronic gizmo. First be sure to heed the warning about NOT placing the devices too close to one another. I made the mistake of putting 2 at opposite ends of my garage (which I use as a workshop) and while the devices are "silent" the activation of two in close proximity caused noticeable discomfort in my ears. I removed one and the problem was immediately resolved. As for its bug repellant abilities, I can't really tell if it is working since I ended up simultaneously trying a home ant repellant remedy (Borax, sugar, water). Ants are gone. I placed one on the patio in the hopes of repelling iguanas and geckos. It seems to work within about a 12-15 foot radius, but beyond that range the critters just look back and laugh, as they devour my hibiscus.

These are amazing! I can’t believe it! Plug it in and that’s it. No pesticide sprays or smells. During drought conditions, I have several different insects come in. I guess they are looking for water. The bugs I find inside are belly up or on their way to their rainbow bridge. I just sweep them up in a dustpan and flush them

Hard to say at this point if they work, but haven’t seen any mice where they have been installed. Doesn’t bother my dog and the small blue light doubles as a night light. Only complaint is one of the six units doesn’t work.

Es buen producto para moscas solamente pero NO me sirvio para ratones, ratas, mosquitos, hormigas, arañas y cucarachas como lo anuncian, los tengo colectados desde que me llegaron y aun no veo resulados. Loas compre porque hay unos registros en la calle y entran cucarachas por lo que tengo que estar fumigando seguido.
