This Always pad is comfortable and holds the urine in pad. I have no bladder control at all anymore. I don’t wake up when I need to empty my bladder. These pads are long, at night I have to wear two of this pad. During the day I wear one. I go through a minimum of 5 pads a day. I have spent so much money on pads that did not work.I have tried every medication there is and they do not work. There is a surgery I am going to have soon and pray it works. I can only wear black pants , just in case, I have an accident.Thank you Always, I’m so glad I found you. Joanie

Goodbye pullups!These are amazing. They can and do hold an entire bladder without leaking. They create a gel like a baby diaper and it keeps the moisture away from your skin (and clothing).I have a neurogenic bladder and sometimes have little to no notice when it's time to go and no ability to stop the flow once it starts. I'd been using pullups, but who wants to wear a diaper every day just in case? These pads are able to handle a FULL BLADDER with room for more. They are very very long, but slim enough that you cannot detect them through clothing.If I have any complaints they are that they are scented and that the adhesive needs to be much much stronger.

They function well and were easy to carry around in my purse. I don’t care for the fragrance though, as it somehow exacerbates the odor. I’ve since gone back to the regular Always pads.

I did not know whether to give these a 3 or 4 . The size and way it fits me (I am 5'2" 125 lbs) is very comfortable. The problem is I am using twice as many because it fills quickly. That is okay when I do not plan to go out but even when staying in I wear an Always panty over it. I prefer the Always products over all others I have tried. i will go back to the regular pads which for me is a size 7. It would be lovely if Always could send or even sell you a sample package of pads based on you height and weight. That would prevent out in the open accidents.

The Best Pads for Incontinence
These are excellent pads for incontinence. They hold a lot of liquid. They also have a scent which is great! But they are very difficult to find.
