I love this cheese for it's unusual flavor and it's wonderful soft texture. It is very hard to find in my area so I thought I would try to order it online. I was very happy with the price for the 3 because it was cheaper than buying it in the stores when I can find them. They each come in their own little package that is like a cardboard cup With a lid. Then it was packed in a box. Inside the box was an insulated envelope type thing. Then they were individually wrapped in a plastic bag,then they wrapped a lot of packing paper around each individual cheese and put Gel freezer pack wrapped in paper in it as well. I received the box In about 4 days after I ordered it And everything was still fresh. Freezer pk had melted and the paper had gotten wet but it did not affect the cheese because they were in plastic. The reason I am so excited about the way they were packed is because usually no one will ship cheese unless it's a big company or whatever. I don't know how big this company is but I was just so excited that they were shipping !! Now the cheese Is a 7 oz wheel that is wrapped in paper And then put in a little box. It has an outer crust like, that is edible and it tastes really good. The cheese itself inside of that crust is very soft and creamy that is very easy to spread or cut into pieces. This has a flavor all it's own and that's why I'm hooked !
