I love this product I get migraines daily and was trying to find a more natural solution other then popping pain meds everyday. This has helped so much. If I feel a migraine coming on I rub this on my temples and the base of my head on my neck; it either will stop the migraine from happening or make it severely less painful. Highly recommend!

I don't know if it actually really gets rid of headaches, but it's nice for when your sinuses are clogged. It's not a super strong scent- it's minty, but not obnoxious. It feels cool when you roll it on your temples. I'm not much of an "essential oil" person in general, but this is nice in combination with other relief methods. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate it.
