These tripe twists were simply too hard for my dog. He loves tripe twists, so is always eager to be given one as a treat and he demolishes them fairly quickly. But with this brand, he would start chewing and get no more than a half inch down before he stopped trying. It was the same for 2-3 of the twists. I left the half chewed ones out, thinking he might go back to them, but he just left them lying about; I gave up after a couple of days. They are too expensive to waste most of each one.

I was attracted to these chews because tripe is so good for dogs. She, Violet Rottweiler loves them. They don’t smell bad and they don’t upset her tummy. I’ve bought them twice and will order again!
