I’ve always wanted one and should’ve bought it years ago. This rolling pin is so easy and comfortable to roll out any type of dough and is short of amazing. It’s not bulky like the traditional rolling pin and I haven’t had a problem with dough sticking to the French pin. The no handles make it easier to roll, more versatile, no stickiness, easy to wipe and store. I have so small hands and the French pin is so much more comfortable in that regard as well. It’s worth the extra money

I'm stunned at how much easier it is to use than my old style with the handles. It really is a step up, and while I won't use it often, when I do, I'll look forward to it.The weight is ideal and it's easy to store. I'm very pleased with the quality and performance. I'm on a kick of making thin breads (tortillas, etc), and this makes it much easier to get a uniformly thin dough.

I have wanted to find a french rolling pen in an Antique store... but all the ones I find are $100+. I want one to use that is seasoned. This one is super shiny... yes easy to wash but not easy for flour to stick to. Not a great design.

It look really good is well made heavy duty. And the material is wood it feels solid, thick enough but is comfortable to use! Very easy to clean and to storage. It works great it has a smooth finish.
