Freeze dried foods are always a hit. This Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream sandwich was no different. The taste is spot on and we shared it with each other during Christmas as a gag gift. The only complaint at all was that it was broken in half on delivery but that really wasn't an issue. We were going to break it up anyway to eat it. Good tasting weird food!

This is the best on the go snack ever! Especially if you are not in the best state of mind. They are sealed in a thick resilient envelope with a standard paper wrapper around the freeze dried ice cream sandwich itself. It is easy to pack and very light weight. It is very crunchy, and dry, but otherwise it’s an ice cream sandwich. It is a very novel and uplifting food item. When you consider the cost you need to think of the extreme shelf life and zero energy required to store it. They are not cheap.

Took One bite of the single package of so called ice cream sandwich. It was literally horrible. Odd taste of a terrible ice cream and so so cookie outer. Both packages I bought were in small pieces when opened. Threw out both.
