5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect!
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } This was so easy to put together and has been working like a charm in our house! There was a draft coming in from our garage door to the house and this has stopped it!
5.0 out of 5 stars Super easy to install
It's so easy to install and works perfectly!
4.0 out of 5 stars simple to put together, extra parts maybe
what does tape foam bar end to end mean? it comes with 3 giant stickers\ adhesive but 6 pieces of foam. the math doesn't help me figure that out. and why would i wrap some of the foam but not all the foam, what's the function of doing that? I'm just confused lol. the fabric feels thick and heavy. it fit my door in min it's done. I'm hoping it cuts down the excessive noise coming explicitly through my door. noticed all our apts noise leaks are the doors.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product!
Great product! Works well!
3.0 out of 5 stars They work as intended but I'd get another model that uses cloth instead of this plastic
I prefer other makes that use a cloth instead of this model that uses a plastic housing because this one makes a sound where the cloth models don't.
1.0 out of 5 stars Does the Job, but Lacks Aesthetics and Adjustability.
I recently purchased the Holikme Twin Door Draft Stopper Weather Stripping Window Breeze Blocker Adjustable Door Sweeps, and let me tell you, it's a real game-changer. I used to have to deal with all sorts of pesky drafts and chilly breezes sneaking into my home, but now, thanks to this product, my house is as snug as a bug in a rug. But, let's be real here, this product isn't perfect. I mean, sure, it does what it's supposed to do, but it's not exactly the most aesthetically pleasing thing to look at. I mean, it's basically just a long black tube that you have to shove against your door. It's not exactly a work of art.And let's talk about the adjustable feature for a second. I mean, who are they kidding? This thing is about as adjustable as a brick. You can move it up or down a few inches, but that's about it. It's not like you can turn it into a beautiful sculpture or anything.Overall, I would give this product a solid one out of five stars. It does what it's supposed to do, but it's not exactly the most glamorous thing in the world. But hey, if you're looking for a way to keep the cold air out of your house and you don't care about how it looks, then this is the product for you. Here are some parameters to consider when choosing a twin door draft stopper:1. Length: The length of the draft stopper should match the width of the twin doors you are trying to seal. Make sure to measure the width of your doors and choose a draft stopper that is long enough to cover the gap between the doors.2. Width: The width of the draft stopper should be sufficient to cover the gap between the doors. It's important to choose a draft stopper that is wide enough to provide effective insulation but not so wide that it impedes the movement of the doors.3. Material: Twin door draft stoppers can be made from a variety of materials, including foam, fabric, and silicone. Foam is a common material because it is lightweight, easy to handle, and effective at sealing gaps. Fabric draft stoppers are more aesthetically pleasing and can be coordinated with your decor, while silicone draft stoppers are more durable and long-lasting.4. Weight: The weight of the draft stopper is also an important consideration. A heavier draft stopper will stay in place better, but it may be more difficult to move the doors if it is too heavy.5. Flexibility: A good twin door draft stopper should be flexible enough to mold to the shape of the door and seal any gaps effectively. Look for a draft stopper that can be easily adjusted to fit the contours of your doors.6. Ease of installation: Make sure the draft stopper you choose is easy to install and remove. Some draft stoppers are attached with adhesive tape or Velcro, while others simply slide under the doors. Choose a method that is convenient for you.7. Price: Finally, consider the price of the twin door draft stopper. While it's important to choose a draft stopper that meets your needs, you don't want to overspend on a product that may not be necessary. Look for a draft stopper that provides good value for the price.
5.0 out of 5 stars It works for me
Good
5.0 out of 5 stars Difference Maker
You definitely could tell the difference with this door strip as protection for keeping air and insects out
Brilliant product
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I will recommend to any one
Keep the room from getting too cold or hot and no noise please!
I bought this mainly to reduce the noise coming from other areas within the house and also to increase privacy within my room. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to increase privacy in their room. When combined this at the bottom of the door and weather stripping (which you can get for cheap at your local hardware store) around the other areas of the door, you are pretty much left with the best possible noise reduction from your door. There are other options but this method is definitely a easy and be able to try it without breaking the bank.It is great for keeping the room cool during summer when my portable air conditioner is turned on during the summer and to keep the room warm during winter to stop cold winds coming in from other rooms. It has done a great job at regulating my room temperatures to be acceptable and keeping me cozy. This door draft stopper was very easy to setup. The included foams can be cut with a knife with ease and it was more than enough for my small room door. Do make sure to measure before buying it though! There is a velcro stitched in which can be connected for to contain the excess fabric.Overall, it has done an amazing job for what I needed it for.
Serves the purpose
Our balcony door has a little gap at the bottom, which is ideal for lizards to enter the house. We fixed this product to the door and the problem got solved! Also, the door doesn’t bang even when it is windy because of the snug fit.
Well made
Does what it says it will do and very well made
Noisy and cumbersome
Not a high quality effective item - Australian shoppers beware, this is unlikely to fit in your homes.
