I love my fireplace! Works great, it’s quiet, heats the room up nicely and the flames are vibrant colors and look real. I love coming home from work and relaxing in front of it.

This wall mounted electronic fireplace is just what I wanted. We have a large bedroom and gets a tad chilly at night. I wanted something easy to install, and not too costly as we moved in recently with lots of purchases from Bolo to make life easier. The flames look acceptable, heat output is what I expected/sufficient for our needs. I love having a remote also. The only issue I had with install was disconnecting the cord inside. I managed to install on the wall without disconnecting-I could NOT separate it. Didn't ta,e a picture as there are several. But know, so far I am well pleased with the little gem. I prefer the more realistic color frames, but may use the others on holidays.

Just received this fire place and it looks great. Unfortunately the fan/ heat don’t turn on. It comes with a support number that has a message they are not taking any calls at this time (I tried throughout the day). Bolo gave me another number to try with the same message. I reordered the same one only because I already have the cutout to match this exact model. Buyer be warned that once you get out of the return period you may be ghosted for product support. I will update this is anything new/helpful comes up.
