It's take abuse (dropping it in the shower) and just came back from a lost luggage adventure when it was in the outside pocket of a suitcase, so I'll give it a pass on snapping after a year of constant use.I use it to gently brush in conditioner and detangler my long wavy hair in the shower, plus I like the scalp massage.I like being able to hang it up; that seems to stop other people from "tidying" it into a drawer where I can't find it. Bonus: it's translucent purple with sparkles.It broke this afternoon, prompting me to get online and order another immediately. I'm of a Certain Age and have been through a lot of brushes by now — this one ain't fancy but it works and it's fun.

I was completely shocked at how well this detangles. I have very thick, naturally curly hair and trying to find a brush that won’t rip my hair out while still doing the job has been impossible, until now. I can actually use it to dry brush my hair and it glides right through. Which if you have curly hair, you know that’s almost a miracle. But using it in the shower with my conditioner is my favorite. It’s so helpful at making sure the conditioner gets distributed thoroughly throughout my hair. No more ripping hair out because of nots and tangles. In fact, I had a medical procedure done and didn’t wash my hair for a week. It actually started to become matted. I was so scared I wouldn’t be able to get through it. It actually looked like a birds nest. But thankfully, this brush made quick work of the mats and the tangles. I was pleasantly surprised. The only issue I have with it is that it’s not made of the strongest plastic. I actually broke the handle off brushing through my wet hair. Now to be completely fair, I did say I have very thick, curly hair and that comes with it’s own challenges. But for the price point I can live with it. Even having to buy a new one, it’s still cheaper than some of the other brushes us curly girls are being sold. Which by the way, I have purchased a $20 brush and it didn’t even compare to this Wet Brush. I also love that you can rinse it off and hang it in the shower to dry. You don’t have to worry about mold or mildew growing on it. I hope they never stop making this brush! It’s fantastic!

I need to brush my hair before, during, and after washing my hair or it will tangle up badly. This brush is great quality, got my first one a couple years ago and lasted for seven years until I snapped it. It’s easy to use and untangles my hair like magic when in the shower. Also easy to grip and hand on the shower head. Good price which I appreciate because a lot of combs these days are ridiculously expensive.Note: I have wavy medium to thin hair. Hope that helps.

Fantastic as always! Wet brand hairbrushes are my favorite, hands down! With this one though they’ve done a fabulous job creating a hairbrush that untangles your hair with minimal hair pulling pains and breakage! Even when using it in the shower, as I like to do. Helps me scrub my scalp while shampooing gently, and also helps me feel I got a thorough rinse after applying my conditioner. I also sometimes use it when blow drying my hair because of the shape it doesn’t block the airflow which is great! Overall, easy to hold onto with the unique design, and stylish! Perfect balance between being able to detangle your hair all while not suffering any enormous amount of pain. Only thing I would change about it though, if given the choice, I would change the handle or the material to something a little stronger. I dropped one onto the bathroom floor and had it snap right at the base of the brush and where the handle begins. It was a fairly gentle fall too so, disappointing. Second hairbrush broke while I was brushing my hair and it also snapped in half right in the exact same spot as the first one. That’s the only reason it got 4 stars and not 5 from me.

Ich wünschte, ich hätte diese Bürste schon früher entdeckt! Seit ich die Wet Brush Dusch-Entwirrer-Bürste benutze, ist das Kämmen meiner langen (ca. 50 cm), feinen Haare endlich schmerzfrei – besonders unter der Dusche. Ich nutze sie, um Conditioner oder Haarmasken gleichmäßig im Haar zu verteilen und anschließend unter fließendem Wasser sanft auszukämmen. Knoten lassen sich viel leichter lösen, und ich verliere deutlich weniger Haare als früher.Die Form ist wirklich durchdacht: Sie lässt sich kopfüber an meiner Duscharmatur aufhängen und liegt dank der ergonomischen Gestaltung super in der Hand – selbst mit nassen Händen. Auch die Reinigung ist unkompliziert, egal ob nass oder trocken. Ich spüle sie nach jeder Anwendung gut aus und entferne die Haare erst nach dem Trocknen – klappt prima!Was mich außerdem überzeugt hat: Die Bürste ist erstaunlich robust. Mir fällt beim Duschen gerne mal etwas aus der Hand – diese Bürste hat schon ein paar Stürze überlebt und ist dabei unversehrt geblieben. I'm a man with long hair and I love having this glittery brush close at hand when I'm showering.I feel like the princess that I am when I use this baby to detangle from my ends to my roots after working my conditioner into my mane. The supple bristles and gentle flex of the brush do a wicked job at making certain my locks are generously moisturized while ensuring that my strands stay where they belong. On my head, not in my brush or in my shower. When I'm done I slap this bad boy onto my shower rack, thanks to the handy hook, and gently wring my hair out before wrapping it in a microfibre turban. This tool perfectly compliments my routine.One complaint that I've seen in this review section is that this brush pulls hair out.1) NO. and...B) YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.My handy tips for using this tool:- Use a salon quality conditioner that is designed to work with YOUR HAIR TYPE. That crap from the grocery store that worked when your hair was short and you washed and towel dried aggressively everyday won't work anymore chief.- Work your conditioner from the ends of your hair to desired section. (You can just do the ends to your mid-lengths, or you can go all the way to the root if your scalp and roots need a bit of love)- Hang your head down and flip your locks forward so they're dangling in-front of your beady little eyes.- Begin detangling GENTLY by starting with small strokes of the brush toward the ground from your ends down and slowly moving up a few inches at a time. Ends > Mid-lengths > All the way up to your crown and roots, if you like that kinda thing.- At this point, if your hair texture permits it, you can bush gently from root to end if you want to make sure you're totally snag free.Follow these simple steps and then come at me with such baseless accusations of hair-strand murder. YOU'RE THE MURDERER. NOT THE BRUSH.9001 / 10, would recommend.

This tool perfectly compliments my routine.One complaint that I've seen in this review section is that this brush pulls hair out.1) NO. and...B) YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.My handy tips for using this tool:- Use a salon quality conditioner that is designed to work with YOUR HAIR TYPE. That crap from the grocery store that worked when your hair was short and you washed and towel dried aggressively everyday won't work anymore chief.- Work your conditioner from the ends of your hair to desired section. (You can just do the ends to your mid-lengths, or you can go all the way to the root if your scalp and roots need a bit of love)- Hang your head down and flip your locks forward so they're dangling in-front of your beady little eyes.- Begin detangling GENTLY by starting with small strokes of the brush toward the ground from your ends down and slowly moving up a few inches at a time. Ends > Mid-lengths > All the way up to your crown and roots, if you like that kinda thing.- At this point, if your hair texture permits it, you can bush gently from root to end if you want to make sure you're totally snag free.Follow these simple steps and then come at me with such baseless accusations of hair-strand murder. YOU'RE THE MURDERER. NOT THE BRUSH.9001 / 10, would recommend.
