My sister bought a new house, and found a similar hourglass for her livingroom. Unfortunately, she broke it bringing it in the house, and it was the only one the store had. 5 minutes on Bolo and I found her this one. She really loves it and it made a great house warming gift.

I ordered this item, and when I received it, all of the sand had spilled out because the seal was broken. So, I initiated an exchange and when the replacement came, the glass was broken, and once again I got sand everywhere upon opening the box. The packaging was not damaged in any way, and it was enclosed in Styrofoam. So, I'm assuming that it's just that the quality is crap. Don't waste your time and money.

It was a gift. Not a Christmas gift but a gift from the heart. They appreciated it. Whenever I am looking for something that may be out of reach with other vendors I always check Bolo.
