This is a great hammer drill especially for the price. I told the recommended it. I can drill quarter inch anchor holes all day on one battery, the issue is when you’re drilling, larger holes or penetrations you need another battery, and as far as I can tell and have tried it is impossible to get a second battery, which is ridiculous and you kind of miss an upsell just saying

Pros: Powerful. Compact size. The body is well constructed. I added the keyless SDS Plus chuck and it works with all my drills bits. In the beginning, I was in doubt until I tested the drill in wood and concrete and I did my research online and find out that Lanneret is a company that manufactures several tools. I used the chisel function to see the performance and it did it just like my heavy SDS drill. If you work with Dewalt level tools, you will think twice why an SDS Plus drill under 115.00 new will perform any good. well, I think Chinese companies finally are improving their quality. I tested the drill with the 3/4 core drill bit for wood and it did it faster than the regular hammer drill from Ridgid and DeWalt. yes, I tested both against this cheap drill. ( SDS plus is not a toy ) the DeWalt is new and the Ridgid is about 3 or more years old but barely beaten. durability? I have no idea but since Lanneret has sales in many countries around the world, I guess is good. I am trying to get a second battery but I cannot find a way to get it. if you know how to get a battery, let me know. Bolo should contact the manufacturer and make a deal to sell the batteries too.

I was very impressed with this cordless rotary hammer. Lots of power (I used it to drill into concrete and the drill bit I used (I bought special concrete drill bits) went in smooth like butter). A little heavy, but I'm 5'3" and weigh 110 pounds and I was drilling overhead so the slight heaviness was to be expected. Otherwise, I'd say the weight of the drill just feels substantial, not heavy.I know my way around tools so I have a lot of experience with big name brands (I tend to like Makita). In comparison, this cordless rotary hammer by Lanneret is equality on par with, or (in my opinion) even BETTER than the brand name tools. The specs seemed good when I came across it but I didn't know the company and sometimes it's about luck and a tool doesn't end up living up to its specs. In the case of this rotary hammer, it really delivered. I'm very very pleased with my purchase.I'd just like to add that I didn't receive the tool for free or as a promotion. Just wanted to give my two cents!
1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy this tool: unbelievably, the battery doesn't fit into it's own charger
This is my second order as the first battery didn't fit into its own charger. Neither did the second one. This is a gob smacking manufacturing failure in any sort of quality control. A truly unbelievable failure in basic design.The good is that for 1 battery's worth of charge, the unit performed well.

Got this for developing rock climbing routes. Compared to the $400+ other hammer drills I've used this is right there with them. Drilled 8 holes 3/8" about 3 1/2" deep. Battery still had lots of charge. Took about 20-30 seconds on each hole. I suggest taping the battery to the drill so as not to knock it off while drilling.Fun story- I started drilling my second anchor hole and pressed my stomach against the drill which then dislodged the battery, sending it 90 feet down the cliff. It landed and bounced a few times. Half the top broke off but all wires and circuits were still connected. Batteries inside unaffected. The connections were still showing so I was able to tape the battery in place onto the drill. The thing still worked!! I finished up the route and lead the climb! Probably a 10c or 10d but my Dad thinks it's closer to an 11a.Luckily I found extra batteries on Bolo and ordered one. $40 for an extra battery. So, $160 is still beating a Bosch!

When you need to use this tool for multiple hours, you must buy multiple tools for multiple hours, found out that after 2 orders of extra batteries, ending up both times with batteries that fit Dewalt, found that you are unable to buy separate batteries, must buy another tool for another battery, will never buy another tool from this company and will make sure that anyone considering, to advise to avoid this company like the plague
