Directions
• wet area to be cleansed • apply acne wash and gently massage area for 1-2 minutes • rinse thoroughly and pat dry • because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor • if bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day • if going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.

Eczema friendly!! Working great for my hormonal acne breakout
I got off a meds that messed with my hormones, and had a HORRIBLE hormonal acne breakout. Like I was used to having pimples here and there but it was bad. Started using this just a few days ago, and I am already seeing a visible difference. I also have eczema and super dry skin (which you can see the irritation in the first pic/my face coated in aquaphore), but my skin feels very nice and not dry at all anymore. Isn’t causing me irritation, and I’m someone who would get horrible dry spots by using gentle/sensitive skin acne treatment. I’ve only been using this, and a moisturizer/serum and so far so good. For the first 2 days I only used it at night, but when I didn’t get any irritation or dryness I’ve been using it mornings/nights! But highly recommend:)
Great for oily and sensitive skin
Works well would recommend use it once a day for sensitive skin and rubbing it in your hands to activate it first and get the foaminess before applying it to the skin anthem waiting a minute or two before washing it off. It leaves my skin looking clean and soft. The tube lasts a long while too.

has been really great at clearing up my acne. i have been using it for a month daily and im getting more confident with not wearing a lot of makeup again. i have very bad hormonal and cystic acne, and for real this has been helping a lot. i also use this with the panoxyl repairing overnight face moisturizer, as my skin is already a little dry. I also have noticed my skin is a little less oily with both of these products. definitely recommend this. it doesn't foam, which i like because then i know it would get into my eyes. the strength of this one is great for first time users i feel. its also a very good size, i think ive used about 1/4 of it, and i have been using it 2x a day for a month now.

Works great for keeping acne in check without too much drying. I notice acne returning if I go a few days without it. Still need moisturizer and sunscreen when using, but it doesn't wreck my skin like the 10% formula.
Downside: smell might br an issue for some
I got the PanOxyl Antimicrobial Acne Creamy wash for my teenager, and overall it’s been pretty effective. It helps keep breakouts under control and leaves her skin feeling really clean without being overly harsh. We’ve definitely noticed an improvement with consistent use.The only downside—according to her—is the smell. It’s a bit strong and not very pleasant, which makes it less enjoyable to use. Still, the results make it worth it, so we’d give it a solid 4 stars.

I’m not very acne-prone and have dry skin, while my boyfriend has more acne-prone, combination skin, and it’s worked well for both of us.When I’m breaking out, I either use it as a full face wash (leave on for about 60 seconds before rinsing) or just spot treat and follow with moisturizer. In both cases, I usually notice improvement by the next day, and sometimes it clears almost completely after one use.What I like most is that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or tight as long as I use it in moderation. The creamy texture doesn’t strip my skin or leave it feeling tight after rinsing.It lathers nicely, rinses clean, and my skin feels calm and hydrated instead of dry or irritated. I’ve been using it consistently and feel like it helps keep breakouts under control without being harsh.If you’re acne-prone but sensitive to drying cleansers, this one is definitely worth trying.
