I saw this fan but an older model in a patient home. She said she has had it for 3 years so I found this one on Bolo and purchased it. I’m so happy I did, not only is the air flow powerful but it has functions on it to turn the speed down. The fan makes noise, it’s not to loud but you still can hear it. Easy to assembly and quality is perfect.

These were bought by my boss at work and they worked so great in the office that I decided to buy two of them for myself for my home. They are without a doubt the best tower fans I have ever purchased.They have a sturdy base and no assembly required. The air flow is incredible and although I will not use the remote control it is a nice touch. Don't miss out on these highly recommended.

As a girl who grew up having a fan in her room (and used the sound to fall asleep) I loveeeee this fan. The sound is perfect as it is a powerful fan & there are multiple fan settings. It also oscillates which is nice! I’ve noticed a big difference in air flow as well as the temperature when using this!

I live in southern Florida and had a Lasko floor fan that ran faithfully for many years, so I tried the same brand of wind tower, model 4930. Same experience, long lasting and I loved remote control, now a must! I purchased a second model 4930, but it has had a loud vibration or clatter about 50% of the time. I probably should see if it can be repaired, just a loose part, apparently — but I NEED AIR FLOW!Yes, I have a ceiling fan going, too, and central air. Southern Florida! 😊I was a little confused by the repeated, persistent description of utility use: Garage, basement, or gym. I ordered it anyway because Bolo is great about returns on those rare occasions. It is fantastic with a little larger air flow area. It's better performance, I think, and very quiet. I think it looks sleek (though nearly identical size) and its design is a lot less cluttered and a lot more attractive. (Again, what's with that description?)I did take away a star because the remote control is junk. The buttons are as small as teensy pills and aligned in columnar fashion, so it's easy for a fingertip to mash two buttons — more irritating, the fan was VERY POORLY RESPONSIVE, took multiple efforts. In my case, since I already own two Lasko wind towers, with great relief I found that their remote controls are totally compatible! C'mon, Lasko, you've got to offer a comparable quality remote control for these two models, since they're comparably priced! What is the point of buying this tower, if the control performs woefully poorly?As far as purchasing this wind tower, perhaps you'll be satisfied with the control or the Lasko's customer service will agree to send the better remote control. Talk to Lasko customer service before placing your order? I'm documenting my dissatisfaction in this review. I'd hate to have you pass on this great tower, however.

Good Fan ! I had it as not good before. Had for about a month almost. And so far it's been great at night especially, keeps me cool. I got the DREO fan also and returned it. This fan blows the DREO fan away. Side by side comparison. The DREO fan is a joke !! It has 8 settings and on the highest you can barely feel anything and it's over $120 on Bolo. Avoid that fan at all cost. And get this fan instead. And the Air flow is pretty strong. I recommend 👍

Powerful and quiet enough
I was worried that it would be too loud based on the reviews but it's ok really, don't worry. At the lowest setting it's as loud as you would expect a tower fan to be. For me it's ok for sleeping or watch tv. On the highest setting it's a bit loud, but I must point out that this fan is one of the most powerful you can get. Others might be quieter but they won't move as much air as this one. That's what I like, I leave it at the lowest setting most of the time but if I want more AT LEAST I CAN.Here's something important:I removed the grills on either sides (you'll need a torx screwdriver) and sandwiched a layer of stainless steel mesh grill and a layer of dust filter so the interior never gets dirty (the stainless steel mesh grill is to prevent the dust filter from being sucked in, you could also use plastic mesh grill or whatever is rigid enough and have a good airflow). I vacuum them every 2 weeks so they don't clog and prevent air from getting in freely. I must warn you, this might void your warranty but if you want your fan to be as powerful as it was on day one in the future and prevent it from breaking, developing unwanted noises and so on, you need to do this, otherwise you could try to disassemble it to clean it but I've seen other people do it and it looks like a long and difficult job.Also, the light form the power button is very bright, you may want to but a piece of electrical tape or something over it if you use it at night in your bedroom.

En mi caso lo compré con descuento por lo que me pareció una excelente relación calidad-precio, considero que tiene una estructura muy estable y tampoco llega a ser estorboso. Es potente y da una buena cantidad de aire aunque sí hace algo de ruido sobre todo en el nivel más alto, personalmente no considero que sea un problema pero eso ya depende del gusto de cada persona. También me agrada que tenga temporizador y una agarradera en la parte superior para moverlo fácilmente. Sí lo recomiendo.
