I was so glad that I bought this bulk flour! It’s literally my GO TO for all breading. I can use it to bring extra crunch without loads of calories to so many dishes. It adheres well with a vegan egg wash or even just a little olive oil on tofu or Gardein Chick’n Scallopini which I make “chick’n cutlets” using seasoning and this corn flour and it takes me back to non vegan days with the crispy coating! It’s incredible!

The outer box was damaged. Also all four of the bags were not sealed properly at the top seam and the corn flour is everywhere. What a mess!
