They are great quality, and I started noticing an increase in my energy level by the end of day 3! I feel great and my joint pain has been reduced significantly! Now to be honest the taste isn't good because it's pure resin but if you take it quickly with your morning coffee the taste doesn't linger long. If you purchase these keep them in a cool place.

These Shilajit drops are a staple in my home and I take at least one daily! They have given me such an energy boost during the day, especially as I have a newborn who keeps me up at night and juggle a lot of responsibilities during the day! These drops have helped me wake up feeling much more energized and have substantially helped with brain fog and my focus overall. I highly recommend these and will be repurchasing again and again! My husband tried these after I told him about it and loves them too!

Tastes bad and I have not noticed anything change in how I feel or strength. I did not know what to expect but I like to be healthy, maybe id feel worse than I do if I wasn't taking it but nothing noticeable.

I've tried focus factor, nootropics, mushroom coffee. They were Meh! Im always busy. When I have to work on multiple tasks at the same time theres a good chance ill leave several things half done because I got distracted. I didn't expect much, but when I got in bed after my first day, I was impressed with how organized i stayed. (I took it with breakfast and lunch.) I didn't notice until the day ended because I felt no difference in my body. The next day I had a KILLER headache, so I grabbed a coffee and had a HOLY CRAP moment when I realized it was a caffeine headache. I didn't need my caffeine to get moving that first day.Fast forward to day 5. I'm feeling great. We had my sons birthday party at the house.This is how my day went...I cleaned the house, mopped, swept, and vacuumed. Then I cooked a huge dinner for 15-20, and the kitchen was clean when i finished. I grilled chicken, made cream sauce from scratch, regular pasta, garlic bread. Then I tried a keto noodle from a recipe I liked, realize they taste good, but fall apart. I made regular keto noodles, salad, and put appetizers out. Then I went upstairs and got beautiful before guests arrived.The was the best part was my mood! Usually when we have guests, I am super frustrated and fraying at the edges by the time company arrives. I need a little time to woooooosahhhhh. This time, I was like Pshhhh! Easy. I'm definitely going to keep taking it and I ordered more to give my mom and daughter. The women in my family tend to be very go! go! go! all the time. I suspect we all have ADHD.Please don't stop selling this! I hate snow, have weak fingers, and am in no shape to climb a mountain.Oh also.. I read something about shilajit helping men with low testosterone. I don't know if it does that to women too, but Ill update if I start manning up. My energy levels are up in a good way. That said, I will just wax my face if I grow a stache.

I never had this issue before. But on one packet it seems some of the dry drops melted somehow onto the packaging, and I cannot push them out. I tried pealing off the back and scooping them out, but it's super sticky and just won't harden.The other dry drops were fine and popped out as usual. Why some are not like the others is something I cannot explain.Otherwise shilajit is great! I love this brand. It helps regulate my hormones and helps my mood. It also helps when other supplements stop working. It seems to fix problems other supplements may cause.I love taking this daily, usually twice a day. But I did have to order more when over a dozen of the dry drops refused to come out of the package. I've gotten some out but they get stuck under my nails.The taste is horrible. That's why I like dry drops. Easy to take with water. But when it's super sticky and gooey, it's hard to just pop in my mouth and swallow with water. It can get stuck on my teeth and the taste is just terrible.But it works great!! I ordered more already.

Je suis extrêmement contente du résultat, le changement est visible dès la première semaine, une amélioration conséquente, fatigue, stress, moral, après mon embolie pulmonaire, tout a changé pour moi et j’avais du mal à remonter la pente, soit physique ou morale.Avec le shalajite je commence à aller mieux ( 1mois) je compte finir la cure de 3mois.Les avis étaient véridique

Freeze them
I had so many issues with the tablets melting in the packet. I live in the subtropics and need to freeze for a good 24-48 hours for them to pop out nicely from their packaging. The fridge isn't cold enough, and it really does need that time in the freezer. The product is good and I feel a lot more energized when I take it.
