In omega 3 supplements you should look for IFOS certification to assure quality. I searched a lot around Bolo , this brand is IFOS certified , really quality omega , recommended!

Wish I’d known to take fish oil years ago! This is probably the most important supplement I take on a daily basis and that has clearly made a difference in better health, physical and mental.I had been using Carlson’s in liquid form in the glass bottle and got the liquid capsules for traveling. In testing them out prior to traveling, it’s now been about a month and I’m preferring the capsules for ease of use everyday.Also, it seems my digestion prefers the capsules over the bottled liquid form, or the capsules are allowing for better absorption.The capsules are large so I try to avoid swallowing them sideways. ; )

Great Omega3
Fish based omega3,it's big Kapsel,but it doesn't have fishy smell when I take them. However you might notice a slight odor only when something like a burp happens.
Can’t fault.
