This sauce has a good taste. But it was too hot for me. I gave it to someone who can tolerate more heat than me. They like it.

So many sauces are all about heat and you often end up getting little flavor or just the flavor of the peppers that are bringing the heat. That is ok but heat with other flavors are nice too and this sauce is packing both.By itself on rice or mixed with a teriyaki sauce and stir fried with vegetables over rice is just the bomb. By itself as a solo sauce or as a mixing sauce in with others it is fantastic. The flavor from the sauce alone is strong enough that even when it is mixed with others you still get some of the profile of flavors that it has.The heat is great too. Don't like too hot, then only use a little. Like it hot, then bring it on! No worries though if you hate the heat because even when you go heavy with it and you get kicked in the teeth by it the heat has a nice fade away and doesn't stay around haunting you for 45 minutes. It is more like BOOM! And then it comforts you for a short while, "hey buddy, you ok" and then it is gone.The only other sauce that I have had that tops it is a local chinese restaurant that makes their own sauce.For the money, flavor and heat you cannot go wrong.

This stuff tastes EXACTLY like the hot sauce packets that come with the noodles, some people say it tastes different but I don't taste it at all. I think they're just trying to taste a difference that's not actually there. The only thing different is the texture, it's more runny and less thick but it tastes the same. It's hard to describe the flavor but if you've had Korean spicy food you'd know this type of Korean spice but with a chicken twist to it. I use this stuff on everything: turkey BLT, pizza, noodles, eggs, you name it. It adds spicy dimension to anything you're eating. The only downside is it's a small bottle and the opening on it is huge for how small the bottle is. It's hard to get a small amount if you're just putting it on bite by bite like I do. But I'll continue to buy because I love it! Just got it a couple weeks ago and I'm already halfway through the bottle!

The bottle was actually bigger then I expected! I really liked this flavor though you can't taste the chicken in it just the spicyness. Says to add 1 tsp for a serving and I did do that, was delicious but made my eyes water so might do half that going forward. Would buy this again. The consistency is that of oil as far as thickness goes and is a very blood red color. I used it on chicken ramen noodles but says it works for whatever you can think up!

I just discovered this premium hot sauce a couple of weeks ago, now on my 3rd bottle. This fire noodle dipping sauce is lightning in a bottle, but not for the faint of heart. I love, LOVE spicy food and I'm immune to most hot sauces regardless of their Scoville rating - Samyang Bulldak Fire is a slow burn, but incredibly tasty. And it is SPICY! Love it.This should earn a spot on the show 'Hot Ones'.

This spicy. A small amount goes a long way! Someone said it had no flavor and it wasn't the same as the one in the package noodles. I beg to differ. I think it has good flavor and similar to the package. I say similar because you have to shake the bottle to mix the oil and its contents. I believe that reviewer did not shake the bottle before pouring. Case being depending on the oil to content ratio you pour from the bottle after shaking affects the flavor. To much oil and not much of the ingredients will let it spicy with lack of flavor. So shake it good!

Pretty damn spicy going in AND coming out but I don’t think we’ll ever stop buying this sauce! Good for ramen and most other foods! Has an umami SPICY AF taste definitely not like regular hot sauce
