Plasticless 100% Compostable Flexible Drinking Straws - A fantastic alternative to plastic straws.
They are made of materials such as modified corn starch and PLA. The maximum heat-resisting temperature of these plant-based straws is 150°F.
Composting is the process of breaking down organic waste through microbial digestion to create compost. Our straws meet all the requirements in the European Norm EN 13432 and/or the US Standard ASTM D6400. Both specifications require that biodegradable/compostable products completely decompose in a composting setting in a specific time frame, leaving no harmful residues behind. The proper composting environment is warm, humid, and rich in nutrients and microorganisms. Therefore, simply putting the straw into water or burying it in the soil can't quickly complete the entire degradation process.
However, even in a dry room, the straws will begin to degrade within 12 months. Please use them as soon as they arrive.

If you’re like me, you’re here and looking for environmentally friendly straws that are not paper. The paper and cardboard straws are garbage and just don’t hold up after 30-40 minutes.These, however, are amazing! They feel just like plastic straws, but without any of the guilt! They drink, perform, and look just like plastic. I’ve never had them leak and they bend perfectly well.Look no further and give these a shot!

After getting my teeth whitened I have to drink everything through a straw, so these are a perfect alternative to plastic straws that leave me feeling guilt free.I'm a huge fan of all compostable alternatives, and I'd absolutely recommend these to anyone else who prefers a plastic substitute.They feel like normal plastic, which is a huge bonus for me who can't stand metal and bamboo straws. I left the straw in my drink overnight and it was still 100% structurally sound unlike paper.

bought these before and they were ok. last order the straws were all dried out and brittle. if bent even slightly the straws immediately crack, making them unusable. found that the date on bottom of box is 2021…they sent me straws that expired 4 years ago!Caution. these straws are only usable if you get new ones that have not dried out yet. Will not purchase again.
