I love it because I do get the volume and my hair does not feel sticky or stiff. I've been using this product for over a year and still love it. Milk Shake is brand that can be trusted. It smells good too.

The item came wrapped in sticky tape. After removing it the container was sticky. I'm not crazy about the scent. Will return it.

The bottle is very narrow and tall . Used it for the first time and since it is tall and thin, it tipped over from the vanity and fell on the floor , The hard plastic it is made from cracked at the top and the bottom side . The entire content of the bottle emptied onto the floor . So nothing left and now my floor is sticky as well . Poorly designed and breakable .
