This Stevia Extract Powder from CCNature is really an excellent sugar substitute for cane sugar. This Stevia Exact Powder from CCNature is extremely sweet beyond no doubts whatsoever when compared to cane sugar or even corn syrup. It's number one sugar substitute in my book. I had bought from other vendors Stevia Extract Powder claiming their Stevia product to be sweet, but it wasn't very sweet at all when compared to Stevia Exact Powder from CCNature. I buy Stevia Extract Powder from CCNature in large packaging size of 16 oz. which shows just how much I like Stevia Extract Powder from CCNatue. It mixes excellent in coffee, and in ice tea when it is still warm from brewing. I used it in Strawberry shortcakes. I can't think of anything that Stevia Exact Powder from CCNatue didn't go well in for sweetness. I am a highly satisfied customer of Stevia Extract Powder from CCNature. I give Stevia Extract Powder from CCNatue a five stars rating!

Being aware of this and that my biases will not always translate to someone else's truth, I'll attempt to be comprehensive enough.With Stevia you can always expect some form of bitterness at some point. That said, high "Reb. A" stevia is recognized as being the least bitter, most pleasant form of Stevia for sweetness. I fully trust this is high "Reb. A" Stevia. It is not bitter for the sweetness it provides. I've gone on the Stevia journey two or three dedicated times in my life, and stopped with each Stevia product I started with.This time, with this Stevia, I've found a product I can stick with. With this product, in my opinion, bitterness is only hit by having more sweetness that anyone should ever be looking for. Even then, if you're like, "I need more!" (which honestly I hit), the bitterness subtly, naturally scales up, should just make sense, and be the reason you force yourself to stop. For me, I never hit the "oh I regret the amount of Stevia I just tested/used" after-effect. If you find yourself unsatisfied with THIS product, consider the possibility that "you" could be the problem. I admit that I personally frequently dabble in being a problem, so I feel like I can relate. I also don't know if there's an even less bitter 100% Stevia product on the market. However, if this is the best it gets, at least "I'm" celebrating. God YES! (for those of us religiously-inclined individuals who feel it inappropriate to thank God for a purchased product, "Chill" and let it be. It's a solution, be thankful that it's there and that there are guides.The previous Stevias I've connected with have always had an abundance of bitterness for the sweetness I've been looking for. They were cheaper hacks that don't offer as refined a product, I am certain. And because of them, I haven't found "this" product for years. In the end, If the reviews and the cost appears high, assume the experience is genuine.Tips:1) The powder is very fine and easily airborne. I recommend preparing a Stevia dispenser for when you open the product.2) If not sure, buy the smaller packs first. If you do not like it, give it to any other Stevia fanatic. Recently diagnosed with a medical condition that recommends limited sugar, fats, salt, and high protein. Had some store bought Stevia with maltodextrin in it for just around the house - coffee, perk up the whey protein drink - stuff like that. Nothing heavy duty, and certainly minimal baking. So, having a sweet tooth, I wanted something higher quality for just my sweet tooth. I was a little taken aback when the pkg arrived - it was SO small compared to the Big Box stuff! Well, I finally used it making some frozen yogurt, lemon flavor. A little lemon zest, a little fake lemon flavoring... and if the portion recommended was 1/32 of a tsp, well, by gosh, that surely couldn't be sweet enough, right? In 1-1/2 quarts, I put 1/4 tsp, which would be 8 times the recommended measure. Man, I missed it by a mile! The batch was sweet enough for a whole gallon, at least. So PAY ATTENTION to the portion sizes! Yes, it's expensive for 12 ounces but if one calculates how many 1/32 tsp there are in 12 ounces, there's enough in there to last until Jesus comes back. And the sweetness is natural! Not all puffy with additives. It's the real deal. But as concentrated as it is, and for as expensive as it is, I'm treating it like a precious possession and will respect its force. Such a good expense for quality. I'll use it again in froze concoctions but I won't bake with it. I got some other expensive Stevia specifically for baking. If/when I ever run out of this valued commodity, I'm fur shure gonna get more. Hope I live that long.

No la recomiendo es un gasto muy fuerte que me da tristeza haber hecho.La única estevia pura que he conseguido hasta ahora con buen sabor es una que se llama Nu Naturals la compraba en Trader Joe's.
