Look, I know that there's a thousand different thoughts on what is & isn't a good hydration drink.Some want it for hydration/electrolyte for workouts/hiking, some want it for electrolytes/energy for workouts/sports, some want it even for curing hangovers... Truth is, it's the same thing, no matter who makes it or what you use it for!Yes, you can get specialized formulas for anything, but the basic ingredients are all really the same, just in different formats. Some meant for one thing, some for another, some just general supplement.For me personally, I use it for hiking/hunting. It's not an immediate fix, certainly no cure for anything at all; but a supplement for my diet and exercise that helps me get through some tough times.I hike some really rugged country & I know my body uses lots of stored energy of various kinds. I've been in that situation where heat exhaustion or simple depletion has taken you to the brink of complete failure, laying on a ridge with nothing ahead of you, unable to even drink water without throwing it up... trust me, I've been to the REAL END of things a time or two. I put one of these (sometimes two) in by camelpak and I don't look back again. I've never had those problems again since I started doing it, and therefore I can swear by it. This won't give you energy, this won't make you stronger, this won't make you better in any way!What this does is keep you from falling on your face & dying because you got in over your head & didn't bring the proper nutrition with you for your body to live on until you found the right way to do it.End of the day, all these kinds of drink mixes are a quick-fix, meant to help & support, and they do.Of all the ones I've tried, this one is pretty damned good. It tastes good, makes me feel good, it shipped out fast, I use it lots... BUT I know what it is, and so should you!

Absolutely love these, the taste and content are great. I play 2-4 hours of tennis a day. Most days the heat index is 100 or more. I sweat a lot and have a condition where my body metabolizes potassium, magnesium and phosphorus too fast on a normal day. My renal Dr recommended these. I drink two a day and my electrolytes have stay within normal range.Love all the flavors. Although I do mix one packet in twice the amount of water recommended.

Amazing!! Helps me so much! Highly recommend if you have Lyme disease, Hyponatremia, POTS, etc!This literally keeps me out of the ICU! In addition to the IVs I have to have a few times I week.I have chronic Hyponatremia from damage from Lyme disease and POTS, etc. So my body can’t regulate water and electrolytes.So this is a daily need for me! It’s helped me A LOT! And it’s actually natural! I’ve tried others and accidentally left it out in a water bottle… and they never molded. 😳But this will mold if you leave it out! Which is actually the best way to treat if a food product or supplement is truly natural and not artificial!And it keeps me out of the ICU and keeps me alive… so I wish I could hug whoever created this! 😄❤️And it tastes amazing!! Passion fruit is my favorite! Also like the lemon lime, strawberry, and açaí. The strawberry is very sweet though, fyi. :)

Liquid IV is a good product however it has too much sugar for me. It is very sweet, which is almost a negative since most people using hydration supplements are pretty active and healthy.

Liquid IV has taken my hydration efforts to the next level! I'm not a doctor, but I am an expert in my own home where proper hydration makes all the difference between a good or bad day for my family. It keeps us upright! I start each day with a sleeve and on a tough day, I'll do another. Wellness is our main concern, and we take those concerns on the road with us, so if I go on a trip, LIV does, too. It's perfect to keep in the car, and I always have a sleeve in whatever purse I'm using. Two if I'm meeting up with a friend (because I don't share drinks!)Each sleeve contains the perfect balance of salt, potassium and sugar. I limit sugar intake, so I do count this in my total daily amount. I've had Gatorade (sorry... yuck) and other hydration drinks, but I'm always left thinking the flavor is off. Just off, you know? LIV isn't like that. Total winner!If you're a doubting Thomas or think it's too expensive, do yourself a favor and get a 16 pack. Even doing a sleeve every other day will benefit your health. You deserve that! My thrifty husband's going to have a hard time getting me to ever consider stopping use of LIV. Honestly, I'd rather slash my entertainment budget. It's THAT good.My current flavor is passion fruit. I'm sure I'll cycle to others. You can't go wrong. If you like that flavor in other food items, you'll like it here.

Our family uses these daily for exercise prep and recovery. We have noticed major improvements the day after hard games or running. No more hangover feeling feom soccer games as adults in our 30s! It tastes better than some other performance drinks. The powder blends easily when yoi shake the bottle. We will never go back to sugar drinks.
