Nicely machined finishes, not rough die cast like some other brands. I did fail to notice in the ad that these pulleys have no locking setscrew, but putting a slight bend in the 3/16" key snugged them up on the shaft enough to align them for the belt. Then I applied Loctite 290 wicking thread sealer to make sure they stay in place on the shaft. These pulleys were used to complete my 2" X 72" Knife Maker belt grinder build. Very happy with quality of machining on these pulleys.

I could not see any casting defects or issues with these. I do wish they came with a set screw but i knew going in that they did not. Just remember if you need a set screw, you'll be drilling and tapping but for the price you can't beat it.

Need better imagine for unit top and top underneath showing inside of complete pulley sheave stack .shaft and shaft keyway are only in one belt groove causing unbalance and fast wearing of shaft.

Nicely machined finishes, not rough die cast like some other brands. I did fail to notice in the ad that these pulleys have no locking setscrew, but putting a slight bend in the 3/16" key snugged them up on the shaft enough to align them for the belt. Then I applied Loctite 290 wicking thread sealer to make sure they stay in place on the shaft. These pulleys were used to complete my 2" X 72" Knife Maker belt grinder build. Very happy with quality of machining on these pulleys.
