I started adding it to my smoothies, and found that my joints ached a lot less. My hair also looked nicer, felt thicker, and grew a bit. My nails are less brittle. But I'm most impressed with the improvement to my joint aches. I used to wake up in the morning feeling it my knees, elbows, and lower back. Now I don't even give it a second thought, just roll out of bed.The only thing is it isn't completely flavorless, and it also has a slight...smell to it. If you've used collagen before you'll know what I'm talking about. Even if it's unflavored, there is a very distinct taste & smell to collagen powders so I don't mix it into unflavored beverages.Overall, I recommend this product, the benefits greatly outweigh the one con.

This is my second purchase and I like how it mixes easily and is tasteless. Seems to be helping with my hair and nails, they are growing pretty fast and seem to be a bit stronger. Good purchase at a good price.

I've been taking this product for a few weeks now and I just starting to feel a little bit of a difference but not much. I really don't like the taste alone with water so I have to mix it with juice. I hope it gets better with time. The texture is smooth, doesn't upset my stomach, the smell is okay. Quality seems good. Effectiveness is okay.

My husband purchased this product because it came highly recommended from a friend of ours who’s practically a “veteran” when it comes to stuff like this, plus all of the great reviews here on Bolo sealed the deal for us. We’re part of a small group of friends who regularly take collagen as part of our health regimen and we’ve all been using different brands until we changed to this one just recently. Unlike collagen neophytes, my husband and I know what to look for so when we read the ingredients and what this collagen can do, we were just shocked because this might be the most potent and most effective multi-collagen available right now. Not gonna lie but it has everything that we’re looking for including a higher overall dosage compared to other brands! We also love the fact that a lot of research went into the development of this multi-collagen product because it has all of the “best” types of collagen including Type I, II, III, V and X which are all very beneficial to the human body. Based on our personal experience, however, is that this product exceeds its competitors in terms of what we consider as the benefits that we derive from each dosage. We both wake up every morning energized, we come home feeling great as if we just took a great nap and our ability to focus seems to come from the product’s superior mixture. On the other hand, I also appreciate the fact that I absolutely look better! My hair looks great and as if I de-aged by 5 years or so! My husband’s been telling me that I’ve never looked this radiant and continues to look more beautiful with each passing day. I also noticed that my husband seem to be growing much thicker hair on his scalp. This is a big deal because balding runs in their family and I have noticed a bit of thinning on his hair recently but now his head’s as thick as a teenager’s and it doesn’t seem like he’ll go bald anytime soon. This is well worth our money and I think I’ll have some sent over to our kid studying at Berkeley so she doesn’t stress herself out too much, and I think this will be a big help considering what a huge relief and assistance this product was to us.

After exploring various brands based on recommendations from friends and health articles, I consistently return to this brand. It dissolve completely in both hot and cold liquids which makes, it convenient to use. I've noticed significant improvements in my joint health. Going for a long walk, climbing stairs, and running on the treadmill have become much easier. While my primary reason for using this product is joint support, I've also seen some additional benefits, such as reduced hair shedding and faster nail growth.

Ok so I have bought this collagem a few times. I like that it is flavorless so I am able to mix it with multiple things like coffee, smoothies, sauces etc You have to stir it or blend well but I'm ok with putting in a little effort I can tell how it helps my hair shed less. My nails grow and my skin looks good but then I do other things to take care of myself as well. It is a good product but for the price you would think that you would get a full container. It used to be at least 2/3 full when you got it but now it's half a container. What us up with that. Paying full price and getting half of anything isn't acceptable to me. I understand the price of things have gone up but it's not cool to steal from the customers who are willing to pay the price. I'm going to have to stop purchasing this brand. Do better.
