I started seeing results immediately! My skin looks brighter, smoother. I know some people say it takes a while to see results with retinol. But not the case with this! I have sensative skin and it didn't irritate it. I've used and trusted Art Natural products and this one didn't disappoint

It's almost funny to me that this company has admitted quality control issues and at the same time couldn't care less about them. They could not even answer what their product is supposed to look like. After several purchases, I noticed the seemingly same products are vastly different from eachother. One might be viscous and yellow, the next might be watery and clear with totally different smells. We are talking BIG differences here. I will not be using this on my face anymore because it's obvious to me at this point that they literally could not tell you what's in the bottle and at what concentrations. They don't even know. The customer service is honestly rude and acted like I had the problem for asking a simple question of what the "standard" is supposed to be! Ew. Bye bye Art Naturals.

Been using this serum for a few years now.I think it works well for my skin. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend it.
