This is a good bench. Bits a bit narrow but not too much. The seat feels a bit flimsy but I've had no problems over a year of use, both lifting and doing situps etc on it. Folds up to a great size to stash away. The padding is thick enough, and matches the price point. It's comfortable enough for a bench.

So, after reading a lot of reviews with about, I would say, 40/50 split negative/positive, I was reluctant to buy this bench. However, due to the limited choices due to the virus and my budget, since I spent a lot of money trying to built my garage gym... I did order it. So here is my review:*Super easy to put together with detailed instructions that specify even the number of the bolt you need. You will need a wrench to tight the bolts properly as it only comes with an Alan wrench. My 5 year old can provably do this... seriously stupid easy.Very lightweight, easy to move. So far very solid. I done chest, and shoulders, so I tried all the angles posible and the bench handle well, no shaking or anything.The decline angle for me is great in fact I use a deeper angle at the gym (Some reviews were complaining of being to steep).Any way, very happy with the bench with value vs. cost.It has been a while since I got it and many workouts later, I am still liking it and had no issues with it.

This is a very nice bench that folds up easily for storage and is light weight. Even at 6’2” I fit on it great it’s not to short. It adjusts easily and I am able to do any exercise I want with it. My only complaint was that it had a small rip in it by the top logo, other than that it is perfect for what I wanted.

I was genuinely impressed with this bench, especially considering the price point and listed weight capacity. For a home gym setup, this bench offers outstanding value and performs exactly as advertised.The bench is very lightweight, which makes it easy to move around, adjust, and store when not in use. Despite being light, it feels solid and stable during workouts. I have used it for a variety of exercises, and it functions perfectly with no wobbling or concerns about durability so far.One thing worth mentioning, and this is more on me than the product, is that it does not have wheels. I didn't fully consider that before purchasing. While it is light enough to carry or slide around, wheels would have made repositioning it even more convenient. That said, this is a drawback that I failed to notice during purchase rather than a flaw in how the product is advertised.Overall, the bench is well-built, easy to assemble, and versatile, making it a great choice for beginners and intermediate lifters alike. If you're looking for an affordable dependable weight bench without unnecessary extras, this is a solid option. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

I have been using this bench for a couple weeks now and this is what I have noticed so far:Pros:-It will easily support me (165lbs) plus 245lbs for flat bench press. I have only tried 185lbs for incline, and I had no issues.-It looks nice. The solid black matches most other gym equipment.-It is the same height from the ground as commercial quality benches. My feet sit firmly on the ground when bench pressing (I'm 5'11")Cons:-This is not a commercial quality bench. It is very lightweight compared to benches at my old gym, and the design is not as study.-It can wobble side to side if you rock back and forth. Thankfully this has not happened yet to me while benching. It wobbles because the screw hole on the front leg was not a very precise fit. I had issue with 3 or 4 screws fitting exactly perfect.-The cushion is too soft and it uses lower quality fabric. The leather-like fabric wrinkles up significantly when doing crunches, and I do not believe the fabric will last very long.-The feet of the bench are poorly placed. My feet naturally want to rest directly on top of the bench's feet when doing bench press.-Their is a large 2.5" gap between the two top cushions, and my butt rest directly in the gap for most exercises.Overall, this is a solid bench that will likely hold 500lbs+. It will be hard finding a stronger bench for the price. However, I cannot recommend purchasing this bench as I have noticed several issues in the design.

Exercise benches are really handy for fitness, even if you aren't lifting a lot of weights. You can brace yourself on them, stretch, do different bodyweight exercises, use exercise bands, and of course some weight training. I ordered this while TDY at my parents house for several weeks. Along with a set of adjustable dumbbells, I was able to maintain an exercise routine to keep my energy levels up and continue a strength training regimen (bad news, kids - after 35 or 40, if you're not working it, you're losing it. It's good to keep moving). My mom was in her final days, so it was also good for dealing with the stress while we helped her through all that. Being a caregiver takes a lot of stamina. The bench folds down quite small for storage or to put in back of the car for travel. I would not expect it to hold up forever as your daily exercise bench, but it's a great temporary solution. Sufficiently sturdy and with a good range of adjustability. I liked that it could be easily folded and put away when not in use, and was not cumbersome to deploy.I weigh about 165 lbs, and was not using much weight, so I can't say how it might do for seriously heavy lifting or for a larger person. There was a little play in the joints, for instance, that might or might not be an issue with constant or heavy use. But the bench is made of solid steel, is well-padded, and seems well-constructed, so I think as long as it's not abused, it might hold up fine. I would recommend it for sure as a temporary or limited use bench, and it may be even better, but I have not had to find out.

muy bien, bastante resiste y de buena calidad.me gustó que ya viene armado.nada mas un detallito de fabrica: tambalea un poco.pero no por la estructura ya que está maciza y se siente segura, tambalea porque no esta muy bien nivelado, le tengo que poner algun objeto debajo de una pata/base para nivelarlo y que deje de tambalear. solo ese detallito de ahí en fuera estoy muy satisfecho con el producto y lo recomiendo👍si son de México compren con confianza!
Good value for money
Bench is sturdy enough to do dips off the side without moving. The locking pin to hold it in open or closed position is very loose.
Great bench for all including taller people
I am 6'2" and this bench is more than long enough for me to be comfortable and do my workout.Assembled and laying flat it is 49.25 inches from end to end.The seat is 14" x 12.5" and the back is 33.5" x 10.5".It has numerous settings for the angle on the backrest and is very sturdy.I'm very happy with this bench and highly recommend it.The mat under the bench in the photo is 6'6" for perspective.
Buena relación calidad-precio
Es un banco muy útil para realizar diversos ejercicios en casa. Llevo poco tiempo utilizándolo pero hasta ahora va muy bien y se ve resistente. Tendrás que ensamblar el banco, ya que viene desarmado, te tomará entre 30 y 40 minutos dependiendo que tan hábil seas, pero no es complicado. En resumen es un buen artículo.
