If you have dry or maturing facial skin, this may be your ticket! This skincare line is amazing and I love this cleanser! I have been trying this and that for years. I tried olive People and loved it, but wondered if I could find something similar that was a bit easier on the wallet. I'd say the only difference is the fragrance, there really isn't one with this brand. Ever since the change of life started, my skin is so dry, and rough, and doesn't slough off like it did when I was younger, and had no idea it was doing it. These products remove dead skin beautifully, makes my skin smooth, dewy, and fresh-faced. I highly recommend and find this brand a great value for the money.

This product is great for a double cleansing face routine. I put on my face without any water and rub it in really well and then rinse off. I then use a foaming cleanser as the second wash. And it’s amazing how both of those together, get the makeup off my face and eyes. This product is great for the first cleansing because the concept is oil will attract oil and dirt so you can get a good first cleansing for people like me that have oily skin and are prone to clogged pores. The only thing I would recommend is use it immediately because it is olive oil based and it can go rancid.

I am from a Sicilian family , and my grandmother told me years ago, both women and men used olive oil on their skin, including on their faces. After looking at some old family pictures from the 1940’s 1950’s, I noticed my ancestors had beautiful skin. I have seen these pictures before, however this time, I am 62, and I took notice right away, how my great aunts, aunts, grandma etc., Had very pretty skin. So, i decided to try this DHC concentrated Olive oil Cleanser, and I add an equal amount of my , The Ordinary cleanser , to the olive oil cleanser to cleanse my face. My face feels so smooth and clean. I also started using The DHC Olive Virgin oil moisturizer at night only. My skin looks so smooth and healthy. I actually was carded at the goodwill resale shop, when I asked for a senior discount. The nice woman employee told me she thought I was 45. My 69 year old brother told me recently he has been using store bought, authentic, extra virgin olive oil used for cooking, for over 10 years now. His skin looks very good. Now, for my brother’s Birthday, I will purchase this DHC olive oil cleanser. When I was in my teens through 35 years old, in the 70’s & 80’s, the dermatologists always advised their patients not to use oil on their skin, especially their acne patients like me. So, I never used any kind of oil on my face until I looked at pictures of my ancestors, & recalling being told they used Olive oil on their skin. Now, I use this DHC concentrated Olive Oil cleanser, plus the DHC Extra Virgin Olive oil moisturizer, and I love these products. I wish my skin was this pretty when I was younger..

I have used DHC Olive Cleanser for years with excellent results. It removes makeup without the need for special makeup removing cleansers. It has no scent. It feels soft and moisturizing on my face. It leaves my skin feeling clean, not oily, not dry. Sometimes I also use it as a body cleanser as well. I love it.
