Have been taking these from Nutricost for about a year now. They really do seem to help with muscle recovery after workouts.They are large capsules, but go down easy and have no smell or aftertaste.At 2 capsules per day (the recommended dosage), a large (240 ct.) bottle of these lasts for four months, which makes them a great value for the benefit they provide.

I felt a definite boost in strength - I take 3-4 pills a day with water, no food.

It seems that when I take one pill in the morning and one in the evening I seem to maintain muscle more. Before taking this I felt like any gains I made would vanish, but now I feel that isn’t the case. I do CrossFit and it seems to be a good supplement that is benefiting my workouts and muscle/strength gains.

I’ve always been consistent with diet and exercise in addition to competing in strongman, powerlifting and soon Olympic weightlifting. About 4 months ago I added HMB to my supplement regime (1000mg x3 per day) after researching it. I noticed better recovery and gains in lean muscle mass over this period of time not to mention increases in strength. HMB is now a staple supplement for me and will be going forward. It’s not a miracle pill, but with consistency in diet, training and sleep the results are very pronounced. Nutricost provides a great, affordable product.
