The lessons aren't for me, I went a different route, but it is cool that they're included. I also suggest being prepared to replace the strings that come with it as they lose tune quickly and I've already snapped one. The guitar itself is beautiful, I love the blue. It tunes easily, but as said it needs frequent re-tuning. Sound is great.

If I could give them 5,761.9 stars, it still wouldn't be adequate. This seller does customer service RIGHT. When I bought this, there was an issue with the tension on the neck causing one of the strings to buzz whenever fretted. I emailed the seller just to ask them if they had any advice on how best to fix it. Not only did they get back to me the same day, they immediately, without me even asking, told me they were gonna send me an entirely new one and told me I could keep the old one even! WOW. Given what a nightmare, customer service seems to be these days and how the companies seem to go to great lengths, to make it difficult to even find out HOW to contact them, let alone actually help you (looking at you, Sony), this was such a breath of fresh air. The guitar's actually very good too for the price. It's quite a good buy and considering the level of service they provide, if you're even considering buying this, do it. Thank you again and big ups to the CS team!!!! You guys....rock ;) (pun intended)

I bought this just so I can practice guitar repairs. It is a sacrificial guitar. I paid $60 and for that it is worth it. With a new set of strings it is playable right out of the box. With that said for about $130 you can get a Yamaha that will play good right out of the box.The tuners are the absolute worst sealed gear tuner that I've ever used. They have a huge casting mark on the inside or something that causes them to bind on every turn. They have a very bad gear ratio as well 1:4 maybe? normal is between 1:12-1:28.The tuner will get your close enough but it is not a good tuner. The bag is better than I though, there actually is some padding. The capo will break eventually I'm pretty sure, it is made out of some plastic.If you literally cannot afford $150 for a better guitar then this is an acceptable beginner guitar. Don't expect it to last long though. It will fall apart and the student will outgrow it in a couple months.

I wanted something cheap to just pick up and play with while I am saving up for a more expensive and refined guitar that I have my eye on. I like the looks and the cutaway design and the fact that it came with a padded gig bag. The guitar came in flawless condition. I used my Snark tuner to try to tune it and it does have difficulty staying in tune. I will blame that on cheap tuner pegs but what can you expect for $69? I will keep working on that. The sound quality is good and the guitar seems well put together. It is a looker in gloss black and has 2 strap pegs, which is a plus. Now here is the problem: whatever the gig bag is made of, it off gassed an odor that made me quite sick with watery eyes, burning nasel and lung linings, light headedness, and extreme fatigue. I've read about other Asian products use of off gassing glues and I've had issues before. This one is bad. Take the gig bag out of your house and toss it. That is what I had to do. I've ordered another one on Bolo. It does not appear to be an issue with the guitar, just the bag. Time will tell and if it's also the guitar then the heave ho for it.UPDATE: New case, no more chemical odor. It was not the guitar! I am upgrading to Ernie Ball light strings this weekend to improve sound, tuning, and lower the action on the finger board. So far, so good.

Great, not good... GREAT guitar for the price. I own a few Ibanez & Fender guitars, but this well built acoustic has such a lovely tone/presence that like Bob, I bought a second one the day after the 1st one arrived. Best Choice is my new favorite guitar for playing gigs! Looks, sounds & plays great, and the price is hard to beat.

It didn't just meet my needs, it exceeded them by a wide margin. Not just the guitar itself, which sounds great, but also loved all the extras that came with it.The company itself, Best Choice Products was simply outstanding about how they handle an issue I had with one of the tuning pegs, which was working as it should. I wasn't interested in a return or a refund as I love the guitar, they insisted on shipping me a new one (took 5 days total), and also insisted that there was no need to have to return the original one. Who does that? Best Choice Products does.Outstanding all around.
