I use it to wash my face with, sweeten my health drink, and take a teaspoon orally everyday to help my immune system. I highly recommend this product for the reasons I just explained. The honey quality is very good, it is thick and creamy. I believe the health benefits for my skin and immune system are very beneficial. It is a healthy sized bottle with a really good seal. I keep my manuka honey refrigerated. Try it! Really good deal for the price.

This product arrived on time, appears to be unadulterated (some honeys are doctored with corn syrup and other adulterants). Below are the primary reasons I am using this product. Info from WebMDPrevention of Gum Disease and Tooth DecayManuka honey attacks harmful oral bacteria, such as Porphyromonas gingivalis, that are associated with gum and tooth health problems.One study compared the effect of chewing or sucking a Manuka honey chew after meals to the effect of chewing sugarless gum. Unlike the gum, the Manuka honey significantly reduced plaque and gingivitis.Sore Throat ReliefMany lozenges rely on honey’s power to soothe a sore throat and suppress a cough. Honey can help coat the throat and attack harmful bacteria, contributing to relief.Clinical trials have been conducted that specifically involve patients undergoing radiation or chemotherapy.
