At first, low flow rates seemed to be problematic so I searched through the reviews and found someone with the same experience. The vendor, Plethora7, had responded to that review with a phone number so I called them. They were very pleasant to deal with. I was asked if I would like a refund or to try another regulator. I chose to try another regulator. Two days later, I had the regulator and a return label. After installing the replacement regulator, I was confronted with the same issue. I did some research on this type of regulators and found that I most likely have a leak in my setup. The problem was that the oxygen input was not a barb connector but a smooth conical connector and it leaked under pressure. Once that leak was sealed, the flow was good at all rates. I would give Plethora7 10 stars for customer service.

My old regulator died and I purchased this one to replace it. High quality and works perfect! Has all of the low flow settings needed for o3 therapy (starts at 1/32 and goes up to 3).

Can you find a less expensive oxygen regulator; sure. Can you find one that is this quality at this price; no.I use this product as part of a beer brewing process. I specifically want to introduce 1 liter per minute of flow into my wort, and this regulator accomplishes it perfectly. This is a precision regulator that I use on an industrial size bottle with 2000 psi, and it will regulate all the way down to 1/32 lpm. I used to buy disposable oxygen bottles, but the use of this regulator on an industrial oxygen bottle saves a ton of money. The regulator pays for itself in 3 months. GREAT PRODUCT!

I bought a Nulvasa Pediatric Regulator for use with ozone applications. The regulator didnt work, so I called the company and they were totally awesome. Very responsive, friendly and immediately sent me another regulator in Priority Mail. The second regulator worked perfectly. Most of all I am totally impressed with the people running this company. They are very trustworthy and have high personal and product integrity!

seems it was considerably more expensive than my last of this kind (540), but works fine. i’m turning o2 tank off so there’s less pressure on innards of regulator, as my last wore out in <4 yrs.

This product has done exactly what it said it would with no trouble at all. I am very pleased as the one I purchased from a different company did not. I use this for Ozone therapy as I am fighting cancer right now. The Ozone therapy appears to be helping as the docs are surprised by my progress!
