This was the exact same product given to me by my physician. Tube was not in a box but neither was the tube I was given by my doctor's office. The foil seal inside the cap was secure.

Used for home catheters. Not really an item you talk about much, but as long as you avoid urinary tract infections, everything else is pretty much the same as far as I know.This is a good size that can be kept discrete with pocket catheters. Caution against vaseline which is not sterile.

It was a great product, could probably have gotten some cheaper, Having the box that shows 12 is misleading. the box says qty 12 each tube is 4oz, so seller should have omitted box or stress that it was only 1 tube containing 4oz, shipping was prompt and intact, seller responded quickly to fill the order.everything was great except the wording didnt really specify it was 1 tube and not 4 oz in each tube,
