I’m a body builder and when in prep or during a reverse diet after a show I am sensitive to carbs and can get bad carb crashes due to a spike in insulin. These pills help so you don’t get that spike. It take the carbs to the muscle so they aren’t in your bloodstream

Listen people ... it’s not a miracle pill. I’ve read reviews and everyone is crying about “it doesn’t do this” “it doesn’t do that”... Take the pill(I take two), go eat a pizza, workout about 1 1/2 hours later and then look at your pumps, look at your veins, look at your strength. It’s not a weight lose pill(that’s why you do it with a cheat meal and that’s once every 5-7 days) but the pill definitely works as long as you ac tally know how to train and do your macros through the duration of your program. Stop whining and actually lift weights!
