I wish they made all the colors in the matte style so my hair didn’t get ripped out lol. Nonetheless, Littmann never disappoints.

I stand by my belief that the Lightweight II S.E. is the best value stethoscope out there, given the quality for the price tag of less than $50. I tried the Classic III as well for comparison, and at around twice the price of the Lightweight II, I couldn't justify the expense for similar performance. I'd still say the Lightweight II S.E. is the best value. All that being said, it was a grand leap to the Cardiology IV at around $200, but let me tell you partner, this is worth every penny. Amazing sound quality compared to what I was used to, and it features a sturdy construction and sleek finish. I can clearly hear faint murmurs and breath sounds that I was barely able to distinguish before. I am still an advocate for the Lightweight II S.E., don't get me wrong, but if you want to spoil yourself or get a special gift for the medical pro in your life or just want to dive deeper into auscultation, this is the one for you. I know there are more expensive, whizzbang, bells and whistles, electronic, gold-plated, diamond-encrusted stethoscopes out there, but I am confident that this will far outlive the 7-year manufactury warranty.

Cardio IV...improved ability to auscultate on hard-to-hear beats. Reliable, etc. It's like my other Littmann only better. I found it fun to select colors for this, too. It's the little things that bring joy!

So I ordered a littman off Bolo 8 years ago and just now needed a new one. I ordered another model, it didn’t work at all the moment I used it, and it’s being returned so I was super skeptical. This one the sound was quality is exactly what I’d expect, brand new, beautiful stethoscope. Happy with my purchase
