Great camera. Excellent night vision with IR on and even in low light and IR off. Integrated perfect with Axis camera station. Well worth the price.The only minor annoyance is the permanently attached barrel for a power supply. PoE is perfect and this little tail on the camera can't be removed. I filled the jack with RTV and left it there.

Camera has moisture condensed inside sealed components at the optic centerThe moisture blurred the camera image rendered it unusable.It is advertised as waterproof.Seller wanted us to try to dry out the sealed enclosure with a hair dryer and let them know if it works.We refused.Camera was never placed outside, test ran indoor for 5 days, moisture problem persists will not go away.We are returning camera and have requested prepaid freight for faulty warranted partStill have not heard back from them after 3 days

Disappointed that Bolo and Hikvision would provide a webcam that does not work out of the box, has no documentation, on-line support is terrible, and the tech support phone number on Bolo return page is not an active number. I am an engineer and I spent hours trying to activate this camera. Camera appears in Hik-connect app but fails to activate and cannot activate using a web browser. Be careful. Same result after a silly 90 sec camera reset process.

Very good images. Works very well. I initially bought 2. During a major storm, water got into the front of one of them and fogged the lens. The weather seal on the front lens needs to be improved. It might be good enough for places where it doesn't rain very much. When we have hard horizontal (wind-driven) rain for a whole day....

Tiene excelente visibilidad hasta de 30 mts aproximadamente, después de 30 mts es buena pero ya se comienza a tener ruido la imagen. los materiales son de muy buena calidad ya llevo con ella casi 10 meses y no tengo ninguna queja, sigue funcionando muy bien. Muy recomendable.
