I bought this as it came recommended for keto. I dont have a wide variety diet so I thought maybe adding this would help get me through the flu stage of keto, and goodness, Im now on my 2nd bottle, my cravings are gone, my mental function is clearer, I feel alert but not wired. Im not over eating anymore, I feel great. I started low and slow and currently use 1 tbsp now. Will add more if need be but so far things are great. The first few days I had rumbley stomach but thats it. No other issues. Love this product and will continue to use.

One of the main reasons you should use this product is because it contains super high quality MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) that are easily broken down by your body and almost instantly converted to energy; trust me, you will feel the difference!If you are someone who likes to make bulletproof coffee, this is the product for you! It has a little to no taste, it has a very clean feel when consumed, and it will give you the burst of energy most people use MCT oils for.
