I got one of one of these from my dental hygieniest during an appointment. My mouth ended up drying out in a spot and I got a sore. I was told after I brush my teeth to place one one in my mouth, let it melt and then swish it. It was all better in a day. I placed an order that week.

I use a CPAP machine, and the BioGaia lozenge (I put one under my tongue when I go to bed) keeps me from waking up during the night with dry mouth. However, delivery is terrible. I ordered it on May 28, and I received it on June 9--almost two weeks.

Started these under the advice of ChaptGPT of all things. Haven't been using them for more than a week - but I can immediately say that my mouth feels cleaner. I use these 3xs a week after brushing. Will definitely keep using them and hope to see more benefits longer term. I got the apple flavor and I really like it. (Avoided the mint due to possible reflux.)

I really haven't seen any special benefit to these. It's like crunching an apple flavored sweet tart candy (except it isn't particularly sweet thankfully, and isn't tart). It doesn't have a pro-biotic vibe at all (if that makes sense).No harm / no foul.I prefer Boka chewable mouthwash tabs. Talk about therapeutic!

Started with a free sample from my local dentist. I was greatly impressed by the results as I’ve always had problems with bad breath and bleeding gums. I have been using this product for about three months now and my gums have never been better! No more bleeding or bad breath! Life changing for me! I definitely plan on continuing to use this product.
