First, I’d like to say I have filled an entire two car bay with Titan Fitness equipment. All of which I have ordered off of the website, aside from the smith machine. My wife and I had received Bolo gift cards for our wedding and I wanted to put them to good use.The tracking number that I was provided by Titan fitness and Bolo indicated the package had arrived at my residence. It had not however, so I decided to wait a day. The next day had come and gone with no such luck. So I did with any reasonable person would do and started the refund process through Bolo.A day later, FedEx had left a note on my porch saying they had made several attempts to contact me with the incorrect phone number. (With a quick Google search I found that it belonged to Titan fitness, not myself).After receiving the smith rack the next day, Titan Emailed me asking to pay for the machine, rightfully so. After going back and fourth With customer service they sent me and invoice, which I paid.After external payment had been made They then continued to ask for proof of payment? A screenshot was requested of my paid invoice. As if they couldn’t see they had received payment on their end? Very suspicious, not an enjoyable process whatsoever ever.Please don’t order Titan fitness equipment from Bolo, just order from their website and save yourself the trouble
