For at least 10 years, this has been my regular caulk/sealant. It stays clear under most conditions for a long time. It is also paintable, and paint adheres well.

Do NOT use this around the kitchen sink, bathtub, or any easily accessible area. This sealant is not meant to be scrubbed, even in the slightest. I used it to seal the kitchen sink, but the next day it started coming off when I nudged it a bit during the counter cleaning.It peels off way too easily. It's meant for windows and locations that are not easily reachable.

Finally found the adhesive for adhering wood to our block wall, after trying half dozend specialty products. This is the stuff !

Awesome for sealing anything. My only problem with it is, it is so firm it is very difficult to squeeze out. Even my electric caulk gun can only push a 1/2 inch at a time before resetting.
