I got my first Dyson (Goodbye Shark!) - a copper V11 Torque cordless and it is phenomenal. It came with the Torque power cleaner head, the dual attachment, the crevice tool, the mini motorized head tool, and the soft dusting brush head. I purchased a V7 Soft Roller cleaner head for hardfloors, the Up Top angle adapter attachment, and my favorite and in my opinion invaluable #1 attachment- the flexible hose adapter. The power docking station that came with the vacuum has two attachment docks but they are flat against the wall and very close together so they only work for the crevice tool and the flexible hose tool. The mini motorized brush head doesn't snap on because of the extra connection and because it's too close to the wall. Even if it did you couldn't put another two in the second spot.I purchased this storage clip and it works great. It comes with screws and dry wall anchors if needed. Each attachment port spins 360 (which is the only way attachments like the soft dusting brush head will fit- sideways). With a phillips screw driver you can alternate the direction of the ports to let you fit tools better. I installed and photographed both ways, obviously I am keeping it in the alternating position. Use a level and make sure you have enough clearance above and below for the attachments. If only there was an extra spot somewhere for my Soft Roller cleaner head.The plastic is a little flimsy- bends/flexes under weight of some of the tools, and if you pinch/drill the screws in too close it will bend the piece. Also, be careful if using a drill, overtightening will crack the plastic easily. I couldn't use my drill to unscrew the screws to reposition the ports because it was stripping them, these undid very easily by hand though.The attachments plug in/click perfectly, but again, it's very close to the wall so removal and postitioning of the non-flat attachments takes some finesse.

I don't understand why Dyson doesn't include one of these to go with the accessories that come with the vacuum for hand cleaning jobs. No one wants to hold the big handle thingy with the heavy battery attached while doing little detail cleaning, right? And besides, without a hose, you can't even get to some spot that need cleaned in any home, office, or car. WELL worth the money, is the same quality as the Dyson tools, and works just great.

The reason I bought this is that it didn’t occupy accessory slots on the vacuum mount because, as you can see, I need all of them for this V15 that came from a big boxco.While this does mean you have to mount it, that part is really easy and allows you to put it anywhere that’s handy. I had no option to allow accessory expansion to the right, for example.The best part, however, is that the accessory sockets pivot, allowing you to arrange everything without crowding.Color is a good enough match and the included hardware was fine. (I seldom use cheapo expansion anchors but I did this time just to see and they were fine)

Absolutely transforms a hand-held Dyson
20 seconds after connecting and using this, my opinion of Dyson was completely changed. "Genius" design? Maybe the motor and filter part, but how did they not include something like this in the box?!?It absolutely transforms the hand-held vac making it way more useable. No more trying to position the entire unwieldy thing, instead you can hold it buy your side and just manoeuvre the cleaning head wherever you want.Simple, works well, and low cost. I wish I hadn't put off buying one for so long.Well made and looks and fits just like the other official attachments.
