I dedicated a decent amount of time researching various massage pad options. My priorities were that it should be comprehensive (back & neck), durable (seemingly well constructed), easy to use (straightforward controls) and easy to store (low profile to slide in closet or under bed when not in use). I decided to purchase the Snailax massage pad largely due to the other positive reviews. After just over a week of regular use (1-2x/day), I can confidently say that I made the right choice. The pad's relatively narrow width and low profile allow it to fit on any chair while in use or slide under a bed for storage. I prefer a deeper tissue full back massage while my wife prefers softer, more isolated pressure. By adding/removing the velcro leather attachment, we are both able create our ideal experience. The remote is very intuitive without a lot of distracting features. Overall, as someone who experiences occasional, but frustrating lower back tightness, I am confident that I have found a health solution in regular stretching and use of this massage pad.**UPDATE**We were so pleased with this massage pad that we decided to buy one for my mother a couple weeks later. We own a cabin and a Homestead so we work hard and play hard every day. It’s nice to have a comfy massager to add to the recliner after a hard days work. I cannot say enough about the pain relief feature that the shiatsu massage and heat gives me. I suffered a traumatic brain injury and broken back. I have arthritis for my neck to my tailbone. This chair literally massages from my neck to my tailbone and gives me great relief. The maneuverability and adjust The best that I’ve seen in any at home, massager the speed It performs exactly how I expected it. It’s very versatile in that if you like a lot of pressure you definitely get that deep tissue massage. If you like less pressure there is a pad that you Velcro to it and it takes away some of.. The heat is a very nice feature that I use all the time. I highly recommend this product. Guest cabin and my husband use it and they all love it too.

My back and neck have had issues for decades, and I've been looking for a better massager than the ones I've purchased in the past. This gives you a deep massage that can be a little painful at first, but the more you use it, the better you'll feel.It's a bit heavy, and a little awkward to set up, but I've found a way to make it work in the chair I use it in. It's also a bit tall. I'm 5'4" and struggle to use the neck massage because it doesn't line up for me.I'm taking away 1 star only because it doesn't really stay in the same spot when you use the "spot" option on the remote. I have a few trigger points where I'd like it to stay at, but after a few minutes it tends to move up or down past the area I want it in.Overall, however, I do like it because my back feels more relaxed after using it.

This massager is great! The moment I received the product, I couldn't wait to try it out. I have really bad lower back problems and it has helped to ease and soothe my muscles. One of the best features is the heating therapy. I can use the remote for spot massages or use heat to help release the tension throughout my body. I cannot wait to use this during the winter days to warm me up. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs a lower-cost solution to back pain or just needs to relax. It's portable and can be used anywhere you have a chair, just plug it in. Definitely worth it.
