I do have dry, 40-somehing skin and live in a dry climate with salty mountain water - so I baby my skin with top products: La Roche Posay, CereVe, Eucerin, Weleda, Amerigel and good old Vaseline.My skin looks GREAT! Or it DID until I used this product. SOL has a coconut citrus-y scent and went on nice, only concern being how slippery it made shower floor. So busy I only noticed how dry my skin looked until later in the day. I used 2 of the products above, typical for a 50 deg day and wondered what happened? It looked dull and undernourished. I tried it1 more time using heaviest moisturizers and skin turned from dry to nearly crepe-like. 2 weeks with top products and it is almost back to normal. This high price wash with extra scan label that won't come off w/Goof Off left me disillusioned.

I bought this item to use in the shower to accompany the bum bum matching scented cream for after the shower. I love how a little bit goes a long way and makes your senses come alive like you're on a tropical island vacation. LOL okay, maybe a little far fetched, but I love the combination of this body cream wash and then the bum bum cream after the shower on my damp skin that compliment each other. I have experienced no rashes or skin irritation, being that I DO have sensitive skin. In fact, my skin feels softer, smoother and definitely smells delicious! I recommend this body cream wash and this seller.

I wanted to like this and be satisfied but I LOVE this and am VERY Satisfied! Why? because it feels so creamy and luxurious when applying and really works to soften skill. I actually look forward to using it and have never had that experience with a cleansing product. Who can say they LOVE taking a shower but now I do. I love the scent too. It is, however, a costly indulgence for me as a senior on a fixed income and I only debated the first time about rebuying itbecause of the dent it makes in my monthly meager budget but when I consider how it makes me feel, I have to admit, I would forgo other expenses to buy this. I believe it is a luxury that is worth the cost. I try to be cautious about using too much so I don't waste any of it and it really doesn't take that much to be effective, but the way it makes me feel is so worth it.

Overall, this is a good body wash. It is extremely thick and creamy, which makes it feel difficult to fully wash off and isn’t my preferred body wash texture. It smells really well and pairs well with the other SDJ products in this scent. My skin did feel soft but I didn’t think it was super moisturizing long term on my skin. Not my favorite, but it gets the job done and does smell really good.

I absolutely love the scent. The gel lathers up very good. Along with the body mist and body butter you will have compliments all day long on how good you smell. I’m not a fan of vanilla but with other flavors you can’t even smell it. Don’t hesitate to buy and you just have to get the other 2 to complete the package.

So I went in to this hoping that for the price and the reviews I read that this product was hopefully going to be amazing. It was not. I got a email the next day after receiving the product but I had only used it once and wanted to try it a couple more times to make sure. So the only good thing I can say about this product is it does smell really good like a creamy tropical smell and it did not make my skin break out in any rashes…. that’s where all the pros I can say about this product stops. So it said on the bottle to leave on skin 30 to 60 seconds before rinsing. First time I used it waited 30 seconds then next time waited longer and today waited 60 seconds. This stuff dried out my skin the more I used it. If you don’t care about dry skin but want something that smells like a fruity tropical dream you may like this but this stuff just honestly did not work well with my skin.
