Good for before, during, and after exercise. This powder is just as good as liquid, is less expensive, and lets you judge & adjust potency.Replenishes electrolytes (potassium & sodium) which are diminished with activity and sweating.I love the tangy sweet flavor --definitely one of Gatorade's best.It's healthier than most brands or flavors due to its organic ingredients and minimal additives. Check for $price per oz, because it seems to vary quite a bit.I recommend this!

This product arrived with one of the containers damaged, and the safety seal was broken. Customer service replaced the item, so we still gave it a try. We enjoyed the flavor, but the powder didn’t seem to dissolve at the recommended ratio of powder to water. We had to mix for quite a while to get it to dissolve. Overall, we still enjoyed the product, and it was a great value for the money spent.
