It is super easy and convenient since the return label is already included. The information is accurate. I knew of only two of my deficiencies due to my digestive issue (SIBO) but the test show things that totally make sense to my condition. For those wanting to take care of your health, this is a great way to start with.

I work in healthcare and know that insurance does not always cover testing for vitamin deficiency. My husband and I tried this hair strand test and it was easy to complete and the results came back very quickly. The report KS easy to u derstand.

This gave me answers to so many questions. So many of my levels were so low, stuff no doctor ever tests for. The customer service was good, the process was easy and the results were way more than I expected. Now I can supplement and hopefully get to feeling better.

You are probably considering taking this test for one of two reasons:1) You want to see what your body is deficient in, so you know what foods to eat more of, or what supplements to take2) You want to be pointed in the right direction for what nutrients to look at for a more in depth blood testIf this describes you, then I am sorry to say this test will not help you.This test looks at your hair to determine what nutrients your body has been absorbing. You want the right balance of nutrients - not too much and not too little. Vitamina A, for example, is toxic if you have too much, and if you have too little your body will not function properly. So you take this test to see if you need more or less Vitamin A, and the test comes back saying "Severe imbalance in Vitamin A!" Oh no! Severe imbalance? As in too much, or too little? Well, it doesn't tell you. So do you need more Vitamin A in your diet or less? It doesn't tell you. So what should you do? It doesn't tell you."Ok", you think, "I'll just get a blood test and look at my Vitamin A levels." Unfortunately, according to the test itself, the numbers it gives you will not match a blood test, because the amount present in your blood may not equate to the amount in your hair.So what was the point of the test? Now you know you have an imbalance, but you don't know if you have too much or too little, and a blood test won't clarify anything for you.Don't waste $40 on this test for nothing.

This is fun to do but I took my results to my doctor and he was disappointed there were no numbers He believes it’s just a money scam don’t waste your money. I have to agree with him bc after I did the test I was blown up with emails and texts trying to upsell me more including the same test

En ce qui me concerne décue, je savais déja que plusieurs produits je réagissais et il n'ont pas ressortis dans les intolérances en rouge ni en jaune. Pour moi, en tout cas, pas concluant. Ca c'est seulement mon opinion personnel.Pour cette raison je donne 3 étoiles, parce que je croyais que mes intolérances connues allait ressortir dans le test.
