It’s stretchy, yet quite durable. I’ve yet to break a bracelet using this string. It’s easy to thread beads through, and tie off at the end. It has made my jewelry crafting much easier. I highly recommend this elastic string if you’re looking for the same thing.

I bought to this to use in an unconventional/unintended manner - securing old railroad spikes to a foam core panel for a shadowbox display - it's holding up quite well so far. It's thick enough that I think it will hold the stress/weigh that I've put it under - it is very stretchy. Pulling it tight enough to knot it properly was easy enough to do and I did add a bit of adhesive to hold the knots securely. I tied a loop at the neck and about the last 1" or so of each spike and the same for the antique circus tent nail and O-ring. They are all cast iron so, it's a heavy load for plastic stretch cord. So far so good! Great value for the money and much better than fishing line. I highly recommend! I'll fix my neighbor's wind chimes next :)

I always use this particular stretch cord to restring bracelets for resale. It fits most beads and is durable. I definitely recommend it.
