These definitely have nicotine in them. I can feel it. How much? Probably what they say. No way to check. Lozenges vs patches? I have used several patch brands. Compared to the lozenges, the patches are like nothing. I really mean that. The patches are like nothing at all, and you get sticking problems, not enough stick, too much stick (tears off skin), and no nicotine or very little nicotinel. The lozenges deliver. They MIGHT deliver too much too quickly (dizziness, nausea, etc., nicotine sickness ). But your choices are limited. Get the lozenges. You can suck on one for a few minutes and if you get dizzy, nicotine sickness, take it out and try it again later. That's the nicotine doing that. The patches are like nothing.

Nicotine is very spicy, so the flavoring is barely noticable. Not the product's fault, it's just how it is. I would recomend this to someone trying to quit.

For the cheaper price I though I would give it a try- disappointed ! I do not think they were 4mg as indicated and would not recommend these-I guess you get what you pay for.

I’m happy I gave GoodSense Nicotine Gum a try! This hasn’t disappointed me as I’ve purchased the box twice. 100 pieces at $35.30 using subscribe & save is an unbeatable price. I found this gum to be just as comparable to other brand names. The 4mg piece curbs my craving instantly. The one battle at times is getting it out of the small sealant when I really have a craving but I understand the reason for security. I’ve learned to practice patience as I know once I chew it & then put in up in my lip I’ll feel relief. The piece of gum is the same as any regular gum of this type. It’s not hard to chew. Once I feel the sensation has gone once in my lip I can chew it 2 more times to get full relief from one piece. This gum has kept the cigarettes away. The patches don’t work for me as the constant feed of nicotine in my body caused headaches. I would smoke first thing in the morning. This gum is my replacement. My lighters are in the garbage & I have pieces of this gum in various places in my home where I will grab it when I feel a craving come on. I’ve smoked on & off for over 15 years & this gum has been the only thing that has maintained my abstinence. I know I’ll be able to go down to the 2mg eventually but for now I’m content using the 4mg until I’m strong enough for a change. I’ve read bad reviews on the mint flavor. The fruit, from my experience, didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend if you want to break the habit.

Remember those other nicotine minis you used to buy before they suddenly became gritty and way too harsh-minty? Well here is the old version, just like you used to love. FYI - when a product suddenly changes and tastes different, you can look up the NPC code and compare it to the old product NPC list to see the ingredients. That's how I found these. Target sells these as well. Enjoy!
